Have stayed here many times in the last two years. Last year I spent over 40 days here total. Always top notch and when things were not quite right they always made it correct. The local area is excellent and a short walk to Michigan ave. This hotel also has a museum on site and the entrance area is a...

While I'm not crazy about the furniture in the rooms now (more modern - I preferred the more traditional look) I love this hotel, and have for years. This is a classic Chicago hotel - retail on the ground floor & reception/lobby on the mezzanine. It's in a great location - theater district, near the El, near Metra, near the...

We enjoyed our weekend. The Palmer House is beautiful any time of year but the Christmas decorations were lovely and festive. Watched the Thanksgiving Day Parade until the cold forced us inside. In walking distance to the Art Institute and other Chicago attractions. Can't wait to go back.

I was recently in Chicago for work and stayed at the Palmer House Hilton. Check-in was a bit long, but only because I had a special circumstance, and after the manager was called, the situation was handled and I was off to my room. The hotel room itself was nice, very big and spacious, well everything other than the small...

Wonderful majestic hotel right in the thick of Lakeshore Chicago. The beds were heaven. Quiet. The only issue we had was no coffee maker in the room....but alas! All so e needs to do is call for a coffee maker and RS will bring one up free of charge. Be warned that the cream for your coffee is powdered so...

I would come back to the Palmer. It's a beautiful hotel and great for families. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Because of its location, we were able to easily go to the parade, Christ kindle market and out to Thanksgiving dinner and then black Friday shopping. Kids loved the pool and walking around the gorgeous lobby and halls. Convenient...

The Palmer House is a grand old Hotel with all of the amenities of today. You enter into a beautiful grand hall with painted ceilings and all of the charm of yesteryear. Rooms are clean and the decor is lovely. Do not expect a large room as this is what it was like in the Art Deco era. The breakfast...

We stayed at The Palmer House Hilton over the recent Thanksgiving holiday and were treated very well, as we always are. The historic hotel is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The Thanksgiving brunch/buffet was delicious as it always is. This was the second year in a row we have stayed at The Palmer House for Thanksgiving and plan for...
