Inside my room was nice (particularly the rain shower). But everything outside of the room, including the staff and the overall experience, was terrible. There was extensive construction taking place, meaning the restaurant was closed and there was noise all day. Staff were nonchalant and...More

The spa was a good experience and the rooftop bar was great. They are still doing some construction on the restaurant so didn't get to try the food. The rooms were a bit small but the balcony was a nice touch

The towels were tough and scratchy. The toilet paper was 1-ply. The down pillows were cheap quality that "deflated" every two hours, making it difficult to sleep. The walls are incredibly thin. The hotel elevators, lobby, and gym room were at least 80 degrees. The...More

Great boutique hotel - chic design, great staff, great location. Being an urban location one would expect some ambient noise however we needed ear plugs to sleep. Mgt should sit in a room at 3:00AM and listen to the noise level.

It's OK as long as the person in the bathroom remembers to close all the curtains. But I wouldn't consider this bathroom particularly private given a normal bathroom is enclosed by actual walls. Curtains shift and will never... More
