Horrible everything! This place was disgusting and had no class. The staff was unfriendly and the service all around was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I liked. Anyone who stays here, it's a waste of time, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Came here for 2 nights for work and R&R. The front desk didn't even acknowledge that I was a Diamond member, no bottled water. The room was a dump - 2nd queen bed literally up against the door, spider webs on top of the curtain...More

The hotel is very old & run down. The elevators were out of order. There was a sewage smell in the hallways. We chose this hotel because of the tennis courts only to find those run down as well & missing nets. They say they've...More

Me and my friends planned a girls getaway weekend . We rented two rooms, I collected cash to pay for the rooms so that my card would not be charged. However Stephanie charged my card 191.00 even though I paid $284.00 at the front desk....More

Hotel is old and tired - rooms are spacious but we're cleaned just ok during stay - restaurant was poor quality for the price - I stay at Hilton properties for business travel and this was not thrilled experience I am used too.

There is no shuttle that I know of. You will most likely need to use a taxi or Uber.

I don't know how close they are, but if you're not from Chicago you have to try Gino's, Giordano's, or Lou Malinatis pizza. The atrium has a great area for something like that but I didn't bring food in there.
