We liked this hotel. For the area and the pricing we felt it was a great option. Clean rooms and property. Very friendly staff. The rooms seemed pretty quiet or we had really quiet neighbors. We would definitely choose this location again when returning to the area.

We stayed here when we travelled to ride the Hiawatha trail. The hotel is an older hotel but was clean and comfortable. In some other locations it may rate lower by comparison to other newer hotels. But Wallace is small, so there you go. The staff was great. The hotel is bike friendly and you can keep your bikes in...

An older property needing a bit of help in a few places. Lumpy beds, hall carpet that is dirty and worn. Generally clean but updates needed. However, I booked a room online for $ 114 plus a pet fee. On arrival I asked for a room on the ground floor. An additional $20. In the end the total came to...

The hallway carpets were disgusting, not only worn but filthy. As was an ottoman at the top of the stairs had big ugly stains. The swivel chair in front of the desk was dirty. The last thing I wanted to do was get into the bed after seeing the hallway carpets. I did go back to the front desk (after...

The Wallace Inn is the main hotel in Wallace and is in an excellent location a couple of minutes off the main A 90 Highway. Although the hotel was a little worn especially the carpets and décor, our room was comfortable and we received a warm welcome at reception. it was only a 10 minute stroll to the small and...

We stayed here on a recent visit to Wallace. The hotel is very nice and the service was very good. The room was cleaned and we felt safe and comfortable there. It is in a very scenic area and close to downtown so if you wanted to take a stroll downtown you could walk. I thought it was a bit...

Stayed at the Wallace Inn to bike the Route of the Hiawatha. We biked from Harrison to Wallace on the Trail of the Couer d'Alene so we didn't have a car. Rick , the hotel manager, was there to meet us upon arrival, provided a clean, dry, secure place to store our bikes, plenty of local information and plans for...

This is the second time I have tour directed a group of seniors where we have had the pleasure to overnight in Wallace and the Wallace Inn. "Prime Minister" Rick came on the coach and took us on a personal tour of the area and, upon arriving back at the hotel, we were given the royal treatment for the rest of...

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Wallace Inn and were pleasantly pleased. Rick, Cassie and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, informative, and full of great ideas and options for things to do and see. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and very accommodating. We loved the homemade breakfast and it...

My wife and I have acted as guides for over 10 tours to North Idaho. The favorite stop is always Wallace, and over 2/3 of the last group of senior citizens from Boise stated in their reviews that the Wallace Inn's manager, Rick, was one of the main reasons they loved the stay. Never have seen anyone else who works...
