My husband and I stayed here during a road trip down south. The hotel was clean enough and the breakfast was decent- scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes. Beat my expectations for $62 a night for the room. However, they surpassed all expectations when my husband discovered 8 hours after we left he had lost his wedding ring. After searching the...

All the staff I encountered were cheerful, courteous helpful & very well trained. The hallways & breakfast area clean and well maintained. The room was clean beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would ask is that the ice machines be repaired.

Room not unattractive and the bed not uncomfortable but lumpy old pillows, short sheets, threadbare bathmat, rough old towels. You had better love lavender (wife is allergic) or bring your own soap. Room was peacefully quiet and dark. wifi either doesn't exist or the password is carefully protected because it was not provided. Breakfast... hot... salty 'scrambled' ''eggs'' crispy dry...

I am sorry you were uncomfortable with your stay. We are about to renovate our rooms with new bedding packages and a new larger towel design. I am sorry these were not incorporated on your stay. I will bring up your views on your breakfast at our next corporate meeting. It is hard to personalize our breakfast as to feed...

I booked a room for a night. I had kids and my dog with me. I was told if I had a pet it would have to be in a room that was a double queen which is fine no problem there I totally understand that. For being a double queen room it was so cramped the bathroom was a...

I am very sorry you had a uncomfortable stay. We are in the process of updating our rooms. We are replacing our floors with hard wood to eliminate the stains and smell. I am sorry these changes are not available yet, but I hope to accommodate you better on a future stay. I will address the cleaning issues with my...

This hotel was the noisiest I have ever been in and I traveled for 40 years before retirement. It is very antiquated. Breakfast for $6.95 was very minimal, bad. I would not recommend. When I complained of the noise, no adjustments were offered.

Staff are very friendly, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. However, our family was very disappointed with the condition of our room, as well as the hotel in general. TV's weren't working right, big stains on carpet, dirty bathroom, no fridge or microwave offered in room with 2 beds ? Being a Red Lion, we decided...

I always get a good price at this hotel, I usually try to stop by at the same hotels on my trips. The lounge was good and the rooms are roomy compared to some other hotels. The location is central to everything in the town which is good. The free cookies in the evening are always nice.

Upon arrival the entire hotel looks run down and as if it has seen better days. I gave it a chance but it wasn't worth it. When I got to my room it was outdated and a bit rundown looking but it was a fairly good price for the night and wasn't that bad upon first look. As I looked...

We absolutely enjoyed the lounge. The service was excellent. Bar tender had great knowledge of the different beers she had on tap. The best part was the no smoking in the lounge so you can relax and enjoy your visit.

Price was ok but no free breakfast offered. Other hotels in this price range offer free breakfast. Room was cold. Heater did not work. Only blew cold air. No refrigerator. Microwave had to be carried to an outlet to be plugged in
