We stayed here for two nights in early September and I have to say I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the place for someone looking for a reasonable cost location to explore this part of Idaho. Barbara, the owner was very flexible with us not being entirely sure on when we needed to check out and she was all about service....

The Sacajawea Inn is a very clean, very comfortable place to stay. The owners were extremely friendly, and even cooked breakfast for us for a very small fee! There is laundry on-site which really came in handy when we were there. I would definitely recommend it!

Loved everything about this place. Just wish we had stayed a few days instead of just overnight. The owner, Barbara, was super nice. Very helpful. So much nicer than the previous nights experience at a big chain hotel. The room was very clean and comfy with lots of nice personal touches. So much better than the fancy high priced hotel...

Myla the motel cat & I both thank you for our glowing review. Darrell, It is heartwarming to have a guest call & tell me that they forgot to pay for breakfast. As for the room, this time Mountain Lion room, next time the Jackalope room. till then Blessings, Barbara

This hotel is both clean and comfortable. It gets the job done and you can't beat the $3.00 made to order breakfast. The place is a bit dated but the beds were great and everything was in working order.

The staff is awesome, rooms are very reasonable, and the $3.00 home style breakfast was outstanding. They have R.V. hookups. There were about 12 of us, and everyone loved it. We were on bikes, they gave us microfiber towels to wipe our bikes down. I could go on and on. Their hospitality was great. I highly advise a visit. We...

I stayed three nights. The room was comfortable, the owners nice, breakfast good. They had a brochure for a horse place that I went to and thoroughly enjoyed The first night I was there, there was a fire outside and all of the guests were outside talking with each other. That didn't happen the other two nights but it was...

What great hotel! For the frugal, quality conscious traveler Sacajawea Inn in Salmon, Idaho this is the place. There's a great walk across 93 to the city park and across and up to the cemetery. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sacajawea Inn. The staff was super nice & helpful. We stayed in the Wolf themed room. It was very nice & comfortable. The rest of the people in our group said their rooms were nice also. The breakfast was very tasty. It was worth more than the $3 they charged for it. I...
