Basic accommodation but clean, the skylight needs to be covered with blackout material as it is very bright in the morning. Lovely position and close stunning walks and countryside.

This is a village pub in a lovely area close to Pendle Hill. It has a great atmosphere and plenty of staff so no waiting to be served. It does get very busy quickly but as well as the conservatory you can eat pretty much anywhere inside out outside the pub. It has a great selection of real ales and...

We stayed here for the night as a belated birthday surprise for my husband. After a long walk nearby we arrived to a very busy, welcoming pub for a much deserved beer! We found the room/cottage behind the inn to be cosy & clean. There was a kettle, microwave, toaster & fridge in the kitchen area. Tea, coffee & a...

My wife and I had an evening meal here, the food was overall quite good however it could have been hotter in temperature had it reached our table quick enough. We sat in the conservatory area which was quite cold, the waitress was quite rude when we asked if any heating could be turned on. This place has the potential...

We stayed here for one night, me husband and two kids age 6 and 8. Husband and I had the large double bed up stairs, while down stairs one child slept on the sofa and another on a rather rickety camp bed, which my daughter described as 'like a trampoline' but she said it was 'warm and cosy'. Can't argue...
