Shocking that they are doing business without an elevator. It seems it's down for some work and yet they give out rooms in 6th floor. Arrived late at 2 am and they didn't even have the courtesy of offering a room in lower stories.More

We made our reservation through Hotels.com which hasn't updated their website to state that the photos shown of the hotel and rooms are not the Rodeway but the Quality Inn so we had reserved a nonrefundable room for the Rodeway which are the poolside rooms...More
