Brilliant hotel by the beach and a very Friendly Staff,All the Staff at the reception was very friendly and extremly helpful,To the extent that they would even walk out of the hotel to explain you directions if needed. Breakfast was nice and simple.Rooms are a bit small and could have been designed a bit better but can't complain for the...

Wifey and I spent our first visit to Venice at this hotel. We had a blast. The location of the hotel is off the main island which added to the charm of both islands for us. We fully enjoyed the water taxi ride in to Venice, you can really soak up all that the city is. I wouldn't let the...

This hotel perhaps epitomises all that is wrong with the service industry in Venice. The beautiful city is so secure in its beauty and international renown that it considers itself above the normal rules of customer service which are applicable to the rest of the world. In no other country would this hotel be given four stars. We chose the...

Leaving the hotel to go to the waterbus station was no issue (the bus station is just a block away), but we never seemed to have luck the way back. Rooms are clean but small. The shower area can be a challenge if you are not exactly thin. Rooms don't have open-able windows but only doors leading to the terrace...

We stayed here as part of our Globus tour. After leaving Venice and taking a short boat ride, we arrived at a very nice hotel which is right on the beach. Nice size room and our breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and took care of us when we asked for drinks.

A great location near the beach with some of the friendliest staff I have experienced in recent years when travelling. A good breakfast with good facilities too, right on the beach. The Cabanas the hotel has are well worth hiring for a beach day. Incredibly easy to get to on a bus right from the piazza where the ferry drops...

Visited August 2014 for 1 night. The Petit Palais looks shabby from the street but the inside is well done for an European 4* property. The rooms felt a bit like a party hotel in Ibiza. The AC works well - a nice amenity around Venice - though the rooms were dimly lit. Bathroom was well appointed with a fabulous...

I loved this hotel. It is right on the beach and easy walking to many restaurants and has a bus stop located close as well. The rooms are nice and clean (although they do need to add some overhead lighting or brighter lamps - I could hardly read or write at night, just small table lamps). The breakfast is simple...

Stayed here for a couple of nights in July - beautiful place - staff very friendly and although I travelled alone was made to feel welcome and not isolated. Breakfast was good, the whole place is very clean and the Lido is beautiful! Looking forward to returning!
