First of all how to get to the hotel from Treviso airport. Do not get a personal transfer, this will cost you 140 Euros each way! Get the bus which coincides with the Ryannair flights and is run by ACTV. We got our 18 Euro return tickets from a Ryannair agent at Stansted! Once outside of the airport the bus...

This hotel is convenient for the water bus stop and the trip across the bay had stunning views across Venice. The hotel itself was in a quiet location so made for a peaceful night and an enjoyable stay. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and was clean and warm. The reception staff particularly were helpful and welcoming.

My sister and I enjoyed very much my birthday treat 3-night stay last week. Outside view reminded me of Miami pastels. In consideration of price, high specification interior - room 226 was warm, comfortable, large and spacious with equally large, spacious bathroom including bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer - everything we could think of. I must say, I have had better...

we had a 2 night stay there in January. The location was perfect for the water bus. The room wasn't large but adequate and the breakfast was good although the flow of food often had a hiccup. Top tip would be book a water bus ticket for the days you are there and get a deal, it can be expensive...

Room was tiny, but kept clean. As a base to explore Venice this was fantastic. But make sure to book the Water Bus for the maximum amount of days you are staying. While the room was adequate for our needs, the bar seemed to open and close, infrequently. Which was annoying when unable to have a drink before going out...

For the price we paid, this was an amazing deal and weren't too hopeful that the hotel would be ok. But it was more than ok. Very helpful staff, who spoke good English and even made a phone call to check on a restaurant for us. What we saw of the hotel was well furnished and our room [125] although...

Stayed here at the end of Feb. Firstly, this is not a 4 star hotel, and in my opinion barely a 3 star. The room (329) was a bit pokey, had no furniture, and barely enough room to walk round the bed, the bathroom was squeezed into the room, with a shower that went from cold to scolding hot to...

Stayed 3 nights. Staff were rather abrupt but we guessed maybe this was just the way! Ok location if you don't mind using the boat whenever you want to go anywhere. (only 4 stops from St Marco Piazza ) There are a couple of good restaurants on the Lido, one directly opposite. A small supermarket next door and a few...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a deal through Broadway Travel. It was £130 for flights and accommodation including breakfast so we were not expecting much. When we got to the hotel it looked lovely from the outside with a nice pink font. When we got there we were met with a very warm welcome by a very...

Good points: Comfortable, clean rooms Excellent location near Vaporetto and close to main part of Venice Helpful reception staff Lots of (cold) options for breakfast Great value for money (through an online deal) Bad points: Hot food at breakfast is NOT hot. Barely warm scrambled eggs- yuk! Disappointing The place could do with redecorating. Particularly the awful pink and green...
