Very nice hotel, very nice staff, classy guests. Review has to be 200 characters long so I'd add a tip: while at Lido pop over to other side and go to the funky double-decker bus bar (by the road near the beach).

Great place all round! Our server Luca, was warm and friendly and gave us great service. They had closed off lunch service but Luca was able to arrange for us to be served food. The food was tasty and well presented. I had the yummiest tiramisu ever. I'd highly recommend it!!! A must-do in Lido.

Our room was comfortable, though the beds were hard, and the curtains needed cleaning. Our group booked 3 rooms, and all of us had allergy problems during our stay. Their terrace overlooking the canal has spectacular views. The breakfast buffet included with the room rate is very good. I thought the restaurant was overpriced and none of us ate there...

A fascinating hotel. It is situated in the most amazing position. From our little garden we had a view across the lagoon from St Marks Square.Waking up to this was dreamlike. Our room no.2 had a bedroom, bathroom, tiny kitchen and lounge. The garden had a table and 2 chairs.A couple of sunloungers would have been lovely.Sadly the garden was somewhat neglected and at the side...

We arrived at 21.30 after a delayed flight and went straight to the dining room. Here we were seated at an unlaid up table and given menus. We asked for some water and drinks as we were thirsty after our tiresome journey, after waiting 15 minutes our drinks had not arrived. It seemed that the only person that could make...

The restaurant was reasonable, the food was good but the service was so slow. The waiters were all business, not very personable. The food & the view made up for personality. Try to get there to enjoy a Venezia sunset over St. Mark's Square.

Our wedding reception was held here last month and it was perfect. The food was fantastic, it all tasted/looked great and everything came out hot. The staff were all brilliant, really helpful and friendly. We sat outside and the views of Venice were amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better reception.

Having stayed twice in the centre of Venice this was a fabulous alternative . Perfect position just 100 meters from the ferry quay , receptionists so pleasant , knowledgeable and helpful, restaurant staff very good . View of sunset over st. Marco from dinning room fabulous. Restaurant menu did not change during our 3 day stay , but excellent food...

We went here on Friday evening for a sunset aperitivo and possibly to have dinner there if we liked the place. Despite the almost 100% empty tables we were directed to a drinking area which was full. Luckily someone got up and left so we sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. the fifth time a waitress or waiter...
