Nice hotel located close to the ferry stop. The breakfast was good and plenty to get you through until lunch. Staff was super friendly and when I had to go to the pharmacy even offered to interpret for me if I had any problems. Yes we did get bug bites but that was because it was pouring one night and...

Hotel Cristallo is a great place to stay on Lido. We were there Oct 9-12 We had a corner room (#22) with a Bathtub/Shower combo - a real treat for me. We had huge windows overlooking a green area and we could also see the street. Easy walk from the Lido Vaporreto stop AND an easy walk to the beach....

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cristallo. Yes, it's not in the heart of Venice but you just jump on the vaporetto and in 10 minutes you're wherever you want to be. We did not find the street noise to be excessive and were very comfortable there. Andreas, the manager, was extremely helpful and nice.

Fabulous location if you are happy to stay in the middle of the busiest street in Lido. It was 38 degrees, air con was at first not working, then fixed (very helpful staff), but still noisey. When half your night is ruined by noise from the aircon, and then noise from the street it makes for not such a pleasant...

This well priced pension is great value. POSITIVES: Many local restaurants near with good value. Rooms are clean. Quiet. Good overall condition. Room was in good condition. Breakfast was delicious. Near the beach. NEGATIVES: No direct relation with Expedia. Thought room was already prepaid. Busy season at least half hour from train station. If you want to be in San...

We have just returned from a great trip in Venice and to be honest we were a bit disappointed with the Hotel Cristallo. The room was very basic and the furniture dating from the 70's. But what do you expect? - you get what you pay for. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was OK....

Our family visited Venice in August and suffered in a hot room at the Hotel Cristallo. We booked a quad with an extra bed but upon arrival we were told only a quad was available but that we could have a quad and a double for a small amount more. The AC did not work which is very common in...

Thanks to reviews on this site, I preferred this hotel to some 3 star hotels that were also slightly more expensive, and we didn't regret our decision one single second ! We already stayed in all kinds of hotels, ranging from 1 to 5 stars, but this hotel really has it all: unbeatable price/quality , ideal location within 5 min...

During our summer vacation I visited Venice with my wife and two children. I didn’t want to stay in Venice itself mainly because we were driving and I didn’t like to leave the car with most of our belongings inside it in the parking lot outside Venice and then drag the necessary luggage into Venice crowded streets and over its...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July. I initially picked it due to the favourable reviews on here, but the price was what made me finally book it. We booked through the hotel's own website and had a large ensuite double room for 3 nights for 70 Euro's per night. The Hotel is located around 200m from...
