My husband & I stayed here after a 2 week cruise. We had stayed at another hotel close by a few years ago so knew the area. We arrived just in time to get an 'upgrade' to one of the penthouses, we paid an extra 25 Euro per night (3 in total), we paid it mainly for the view but...

We had a 3 day stay here after a week's glorious cruise around the Greek Isles in a compact cabin with plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. Our Standard room was reasonably priced, but very basic, almost sub standard. No drawers to unpack your cases, no dressing table to sit at and do your hair, only a single wardrobe for a double...

We were a group of 4 couples visiting late May 2010. We liked the hotel, our room was very antique style, not bad size a bit tight round the bed but noproblem, lovely bathroom and shower, plenty of space On the lower floor friends had more modern style, still very pleasant. Breakfast lovely, more than we expected for the price....

1st time to Venice, I was a bit unsure about the Lido, but the hotels looked so much better for the price. Arriving there by ferry at midnight by the light of the full moon was magical! As soon as we stepped off the ferry we loved the Lido. It was so civilised and charming. Full of tree lined blds...

After a day of walking around and sightseeing - it was nice to hop onto the vaporetto, feel the breeze as we arrived on the much quieter lido, and walk over to the beach to soak up a few last rays of sun. A much more civilized way to enjoy Venice, in my opinion.

Our room although redecorated was very small...The breakfast was cheap quality, although included in price..The Hotel had no area that you could sit and relax as well as no dinning room.. I asked for a drink and they had no ice, with the words we are only a small hotel and do not often get asked for drinks...The only place...

We booked this hotel as part of our budget airline package and the price we paid for four nights was so low in comparison to other hotels on offer that we were slightly concerned that it was "too good to be true" and we might get inferior accommodation, especially as we stayed over the Easter weekened. However we were very...

This hotel is located on the Lido. You can reach the Lido from the airport and Venice (main centre) by using the Vaparetto. If you buy a ticket from the airport on arrival for your entire trip then you will save. The hotel is only a short walk from the Lido stop (St. Eliz Maria). The nearby Garadini restaurant is...

The hotel is very close to public transporation and especially to the waterbus station. It is located near a canal, in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is very helpful and most important - speaks English (not very common in Venice). The room (302) was small, yet very clean and well equiped. The breakfast was standard. Wireless internet access is valid...

We booked a quad room here on Orbitz at an insanely low rate for late March. The hotel had a building permit sign out front, so I assume they may have just reopened, or perhaps it was just a seasonal special. We had no problems with any construction. In regards to a few earlier comments, this is one of the...
