When we booked in the receptionist said our room had a terrace which I thanked him for not expecting it to have a great view of Venice from it. The staff were all friendly and the room big enough to one you would expect, the shower was one with a shower curtain round and as you w

The hotel has an amazing view if Venice and the ocean. It can get a bit noisy but no much. Staying at Lido get you away from the big crowds of Venice. You do have to pay for the ferry 7eu each way or 21 ultimate day pass. Rooms are typical size, no outlets we used the bathroo

I’ve read reviews that there are no tea making facilities and also not many electrical outlets. I understand there are different types of rooms.
Do rooms provide hair dryers?
Our room did but there was very little power. We asked at the desk and they provide a hand held one

Does the hotel offer a safe/safety deposit box? If so, at what cost? Thanks
Yes it does. Didn't use it myself but there is a charge of (I think) €2

What number water bus do I get from the airport to the hotel, first time Iv been and scared il get lost..also how much does it cost? Thanks..
I am a regular traveller to Venice Lido, and the journey from the airport to Lido is fairly straightforward. The water bus is operated by Alilaguna and if you are going to Lido from Venice Marco Polo Airport the departure point is easy to find. Just take care in the airport to follow the signs and walk alone the new raised glass walkway for approximately 10 minutes. Don't come out of the airport. The walkway is within the airport concourse. The ticket office is beside the departure dock. There are plenty of Alilaguna member of staff at the dock to assist you, and put you on the correct boat. Your hotel is just in across the road in front of you when your boat docks at Lido, and it is clearly visible as your boat approaches the dock. It is a lovely hotel, and in a very handy location. Enjoy your holiday!
