Breakfast was quite average but the view from the terrace was nice in the mornings. Aircon would have been nice in the +30 degree heat, but at least a fan was provided. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay near venice.

We stayed on the Lido fir two nights at this B&B. It was a nice pleasant stay. The B&B is located above the family home who run it. It offers a small balcony to look out and a small lounge also. Breakfast is provided and it usually breads jams cereal tea/coffee & cake. Tea coffee and juice are also provided.... More

We enjoyed greatly the beauty of this setting on the island of Lido. So easy to get to and such a beautiful quiet island. The room and facilities were clean and well organized, the terrace was lovely, the shower worked. The hostess was warm and easy to connect with. Breakfast was a bit of rolls and sugar, but coffee was... More

For the price, my fiance and I found this bed and breakfast to be excellent. It was not a far walk to the vaporetto and had a wonderful view of Venice. The breakfast was simple but good and the room had everything one would need.. basic and clean. We would recommend this to anyone needing an affordable place to stay... More

In the island of Lido it's a short vapporetto (water bus) ride to Venice (St Marks, Rialto etc) a bit of a walk from the Lido SME stop so if lugging a lot grab a not cheap cab ride. The owner is a gem although not much English spoken. Her daughter speaks great English though.

One star seems generous in the case of this B&B. Firstly, I need to start by saying there is two buildings the lady seems to own so the degree of cleanliness however I doubt this. We stayed in a double room on the ground floor of the building the owner lives in herself. The room we stayed in was disgusting!... More

My wife and I found this B&B to be a great value while visiting Venice. We stayed for four nights and planned to take the vaparetto over to Venice each day but we found Lido itself to be pretty great and only went over to Venice a couple times. Venice can get incredible crowded and oppressively hot during the day... More

Breakfast is for vegetarians only with very limited choice. Muesli, one portion of jam per person, bread and rusks. Very weak coffee. If you want to develop Candida infection this kind of breakfast will boost it. Lady was ready to change bedding every day, but despite our request she never changed breakfast.

Since Venice is too crowded, we wanted to stay in a place that was Picturesque yet quiet......and B & B Livia Oliva was exactly all that. Livia, the owner was so very helpful and caring. One of our most beautiful experiences as far as the accommodation is concerned. Breakfast provided by Livia was quite suffice and tasty. Lido Beach was... More
