We travel a lot and couldn't be happier with the this historical Inn. Where else can you get eggs to order and meet aside from the normal B&B fixings. The hosts were gracious and informative, the rooms elegant and clean and I can honestly say...More
The Roosevelt Inn far exceeded my expectations. We planned a meeting with 99s (women pilots) and everyone was blown away with the quality of the rooms, breakfast, meeting rooms, and hospitality of Tina and John the owners.

We really enjoyed our two night stay. Very friendly and great breakfasts. A historic old school house with unique rooms. We explored the near by lake and enjoyed exploring the main street and the local shops.
The Inn is very beautiful. The accommodations were great. The Host and Hostess were very friendly and their breakfast was delicious. They helped in getting an address we needed and even found the time the restaurant we were going to was serving. We really enjoyed...More

My review was as of February 22 and 23 and I’m not sure when Gordon Ramsey was there and frankly don’t care. I don’t take much credence in celebrity chefs. Scrambled eggs by Julia Child, Martha Stewart and Jacques Pepin are moist and flavorful not a dry fold resembling an omelet but they they don’t have celebrity restaurants so what do they know. It was also the inn keepers attitude about it. He was appalled I didn’t like his rendition on scrambled eggs and made a comment about Gordon Ramsey and snatched it away. Then he was snooty again when he brought back scrambled eggs. You can see from his comment on my review he has some anger issues to deal with. The egg casserole he made the next day wasn’t good either and the salsa tasted canned but I wisely just ate the fruit.
