This B&B is a remodeled early 1900's schoolhouse. The owner said her first grade room is now the dining room. Rooms are good sized and each has a different theme. We were in the French Country room with a queen bed. Loved the breakfast and the huckleberry stuffed french toast and sausage and cheese souffle. Bought some fresh-made huckleberry jam...

We just spent 5 days at this beautifully restored 1912 school house. The owners have gone out of their way to keep it charming. Unexpected touches like a bathroom in each of the rooms, a heated swimming pool AND a hot tub. In addition there are beautiful gardens, an old merry go round and excellent breakfasts every morning. There are...

Stayed here last night, immediately went to the hot tub and pool, it was quiet and very beautiful scenery of the mountains and sunset. This bnb was converted from an old school and has the antique feel to it, very classy, friendly owners who made an amazing breakfast for us. Stayed in the romantic suite with a lion claw tub...

My wife and I recently spent a very pleasant night at the Northside School Bed and Breakfast. The remodeled schoolhouse maintains its rustic charm while offering clean and very comfortable rooms. My wife enjoyed her bath in the antique tub and I had my usual shower in the spacious bathroom. We both slept well in our comfy bed and we...

We had an opportunity to stay in this wonderful Bed and Breakfast this past August and we pleasantly surprised to find that the owner and operator was a previous student at this school! We were the only ones at the B & B on this date. There were four couples so we could pretty much all choose our own rooms!...

Old and a bit creaky, but our room was clean and comfortable. Sound from the room next door was an issue, but we were tired and managed to sleep well regardless. Excellent breakfast in what was originally the owner’s first grade classroom. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but would love to have done so. Certainly worth the price....

My husband and I stayed at this B&B in Sept. My husband had gone to school at Northside for three years in the 50s. It was a very fun stay to spend the night in the principal's office. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! We had a great chat with Ruth who was a most delightful...

This B&B is located in a former schoolhouse. Beautifully converted to accomodate guests. The location is pretty central to outdoor activities and to a number of restaurants. The innkeeper is very knowledgeable of the area as she was raised there. We stayed in the Tuscan Room. Very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was totally awesome--souffle, french toast, fresh fruit, and much...

We flew in our plane into the BF airport. This B&B is close and perfect. Great rooms, great hosts, easy access to downtown, fabulous breakfast. Beautiful restoration of a classic old schoolhouse. Definitely well worth the stop. Thanks, Northside B&B,

We attended a wedding in Bonners ferry and stayed at the northside school B&B the room was fantastic and the breakfast was over-the-top the hostess Ruth was also extremely friendly and helpful; she even offered to cook me a possum omelette that I asked for facetiously; but instead she cooked a fantastic quiche and also fixed us stuffed Huckleberry French...
