This hotel appears to be part of a trend in the industryof multifaceted service for reasonable prices. The rooms are not elaborate but they provide the necessary and comfortablerequirements. The service is excellent, cheerful and reasonably priced and basic meals and bar offerings are available in the lobby. The hotel could use a little upgrading, for example, the noisy and...

We spent three nights at this hotel in early June. I'm from Boise, so I knew the name of this hotel was a bit misleading--it's actually about six blocks from anything resembling the downtown area--but those six blocks are safe and easily walkable. Boise, as a whole, is a very safe place. There are two chain restaurants (Chick Fil A...

We spent two nights here visiting family in Boise. The location is great, just a bit away from downtown, but convenient to Boise State. Room was very comfortable, with a very small refrigerator and acceptable wifi. Coffee maker was a plus. We will stay again when in the Boise area.

This Courtyard is the the normal standard for the brand. Unfortunately, they have the stupid "bistro" breakfast that some other Courtyards have implemented. This is a slow frustrating process which adds 45 minutes to your morning - something I don't have. Can't even get a coffee. Checked out after 1 day - I'm not putting up with this nonsense from...

Just returned from 2 horrid nights of hoteldom. Asked for a non-smoking room and got one that had clearly been smoked in and "cleaned" via noxious-smelling chemicals. My sinuses are still in the recovery mode. When I complained, the hotel clerk stated that she would make a note about the room (bless her!). Furthermore, the AC was a floor model...

William thank you for letting us know of your experience. We apologize that were unable to correct the situation during your stay. We are a smoke free hotel, and work diligently to insure it remains as such. We have shared your experience with the housekeeping and maintenance department to insure going forward this was an isolated occurrence.

This Courtyard is very pleasant. It is called the "Downtown" Courtyard but be aware the actual downtown area is easily a 10-15 minute walk, there is no shuttle, and if you want food there is a Chick-Fil-A in the parking lot but anything beyond that, please expect to hoof it a least 8 blocks or drive. I don't have a...

Thank you Mike for your feedback regarding our location. We are located close to many attractions within the Downtown area including BSU, Boise Zoo, Boise Art Museum, the Discovery Center and just a block away from several restaurants located on the Boise River Greenbelt, but yes the restaurant core begins on 3rd Street three blocks from the hotel.

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard while in Boise for "The Eagles" concert at Boise State University......nice hotel room, adequate shower, bathroom, however the area where the bathroom sink was/is located was entirely too small....great for one person only. A disappointment.

At check-in we met Thea who notified us that are"lei" we had sent to the hotel had arrived and was being refrigerated until we needed them. My son was graduating from Boise State University on May 9, 2015 so that was one less thing to worry about. She helped us find a business we were looking for since we didn't...

The last time I visited Boise, I stayed at Hotel 43, as I tend to frequent boutique hotels. This time around, we had the grandparents and other family members in tow for Boise State Graduation so we needed a more mainstream experience. I came in with expectations of a standard Courtyard; easy parking, reasonable pricing, basic amenities, and a clean...

Typical Courtyard up to Marriott's excellent standard. Lobby is large, and looks like many of the newer Courtyards -- colorful, plenty of seating, with a modern feel. Part of the large lobby includes a bar/food area. Like all Courtyards, they do not have a free breakfast, but they serve plenty of breakfast food/drinks at the bar area in the mornings,...
