We always stay with Marriott hotels wherever we travel, but I'm not sure that I would stay at this one again. The carpets were pretty filthy in our room and you know it's bad when you can see how dirty they are. I also had two kids sleeping on the sofa bed. I went out to ask for an extra...

Tiffany, Thank you so much for staying with us. I do apologize for all the issues you had. The housekeeping issues you reported are absolutely unacceptable. Please know that I have shared your review with the staff, and we are take the necessary steps to ensure we correct these issues. I would hate for someone else to have the same...

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and our parents were all very happy with our hotel. Especially after hearing other parent's experience at nearby hotels. This hotel is clean, has a small kitchen, good bathroom and small room overall. Water pressure was good, not great. Boise State is across the street - I can imagine this hotel would be...

Though labeled as "downtown" this location is about 3/4 of a mile from the action. That means there is ample parking, but also that it isn't walking distance to any nightlife. Rooms are basic, with a tiny kitchenette, and low end furnishings. The place is clean and decently maintained. It seems to get a younger crowd and maybe some school...

KidDocDMC, Thank you for staying with us. Your business is appreciated. Please know that the entire TownePlace Suites brand will be updating our breakfasts by July 1st. We are excited to be offering more protein and more hot items. I do hope we will see you again the next time you're in the area. Max Lee General Manager.

We stayed here in one of the 2 bedroom suites with family and were happy with our stay. The hotel isn't anything fancy, but that's not really the goal of this chain. The suite was perfect for sharing, it was clean, and the location is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to Boise State's campus and it is...

Love, love, love this place! Clean, beautiful and friendly staff. We were originally placed on the second floor but when I mentioned during check-in that my mom was in a wheelchair the front desk attendant (Christian) immediately moved us to the first floor handicap accessible room. The beds are a little firm but other than that I have zero complaints....

This is the second or third stay at this property over the past several years. Still a great place to stay - right across the street from Boise State University and a short walk from the Boise green belt trails along the Boise River. One of the few places I've found in Boise that has two bedroom suites - currently...

Thank you very much for your continued loyalty. We appreciate that you turn to us when you're in town. I understand your concern on the wear and tear on some of the furniture. I have the same concerns. Our next renovation is in the planning stages, I just don't have any dates as of yet. Again thank you for your...

I asked for a quiet room. What I got us a room 59 feet from a 4 story building under construction. The grinders, saws, backup beepers, etc. continued until 7:00 pm. They say that they can'take start again before 7:00 am. The construction looks to last until July or August. The room a/c also makes a strange whining noise. Otherwise,...

Scott, Thank you so much for staying with us. Your loyalty to the Marriott brand is appreciated. I do apologize that we weren't able to provide to you the quiet room you requested. We do have a good working relationship with the crew working on the site behind us. They are not supposed to be working on our side of...

The rooms were very nice! We had a small kitchenette in our room, the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was when you turn the light on in the bathroom, it also turns the vanity light on outside the bathroom which is inconvenient when others are sleeping. Other than that, I thought the...

I was just looking for a nice clean hotel that was well located near downtown that included breakfast for my son and his girlfriend. They loved their stay and said they would make that their first choice when coming to Boise. It is right next to a wonderful park and still walking distance to BSU and to downtown. The airport...

Have stayed here multiple times for business travel. It is conveniently located near downtown and across the street from the university, with ample easy parking, and within a short drive (<10 minutes) to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a full kitchen included. Functional desk space, small sofa, comfortable bed, large, well-lit closet. I would stay here again...
