Awesome place, good for family, evening ganga Aarti was just fabulous, food was delicious. Must visit. Lots of open area for kids to place. Kanishka and shubham in the restaurant were very helpful, courteous and pleasing during our stay. Open private garden outside our room an add-on during our stay

My mom and I visited this property in our way back to Delhi from the char dham yatra. The nicest thing about this place is its staff and the seven seas spa. Special mention of Gopal Singh who handles the breakfast live counter and makes amazing food. But beyond that the property reflected more false pretenses than anything. It is presented as a luxury resort but falls short at most places. The rooms have very uncomfortable seating, a chair that reclines so much that one might fall and a sofa with iron backrest but no cushions. A bathroom with a hole in the wall for an exhaust fan which doesn't exist. A huge menu of exotic dishes and recreational activities, most of which are unavailable. A spa in which only one of the rooms had a AC which was second hand and its adjustments couldn't be modified. So they charge equivalent to a five star property but have cut corners everywhere possible. As far as the location is concerned the lesser said the better it is. This resort is almost 20km outside Haridwar and one needs to drive through a village to get here . Left our taxi driver fuming!…

I love Aalia. It is a wonderful resort in Haridwar, close to the holy Ganga river. The resort has a cozy and elegant atmosphere, with a charming patio and a fireplace. The food is authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and courteous. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Aalia is a great place to enjoy a peaceful and spiritual stay.

The approach road is under construction so little difficult to locate and reach. The road to resort is little scary in dark. Calm and serenic place. A half an hour drive to off location from Haridwar city. Food is nice and homely. I missed good tea though. Rooms are good and cosy, can be better. Staff is courteous. The property is huge.. arrangement for multiple adventure and sport activities. The river flowing next to the resort, you can have a time of your life sitting there in solitude. Overall a very nice experience!
