Nice property, but I had the freight train tracks right out my window. The shower controls need better marking. I had trouble adjusting for hot/cold. The tub also needs a non-slip surface. It was very slippery. The TV wasn't working. It displayed "no signal". The front desk guy responded within 2 minutes and used an LG remote to switch the source back to HDMI. He said it happens after a power failure, and the room remote doesn't have a "source" button. The microwave and coffee pot were both unplugged. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and gravy for biscuits. Everything looked fresh and was delicious. Other than a few complaints, I was happy with my 2 night stay.

Excellent facility and service. The front desk was attentive and streamlined check in. The entire facility was well maintained. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The hot cookies in the evening were greatly appreciated. A hot breakfast was provided.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location. It is an older property that is going through a renovation. I got a 2 queen bed suite and the A/C in the bedroom is smaller and does not produce much air but the room was comfortable and nice. It does need a good overhaul, but they are making progress with that.

The room was average. The bed pillows were the size of sofa pillows, we had to go to the office to get bed pillows, which were too soft, it was like laying flat on the mattress. There was no lighting in the parking lot, not very safe at night. I don't think I would stay at this location again.

Good, clean, friendly facility. We ended up here after trying the other Comfort suites in town. We were much happier at this hotel! The staff were friendly and we slept well. Just remember you’re beside the Air Force base so they play their wake up bugle call at 7:00 AM which can be heard in the hotel.

I was trying to save a few bucks so I booked us here for 1 night. Big mistake. They are remodeling (which is great), but the construction started below us early in the morning AND it is RIGHT NEXT to train tracks. There were trains ALL NIGHT! Also, there is NOTHING neatby for food or entertainment. The pool was nice, and the employees were great, but I would not stay here again.

Thank you for your comments , we have been undergoing a full renovation and we are compete now. I am sorry your experience was not great during the renovation. We strive for a great guest experience and we want all our guests to enjoy our hotel. I am sorry we are not close to food options , the front desk always has great suggestions that are the closest to the hotel which we do have some options 5 minutes away. I stayed here during a 3-day business trip. I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel better than my expectations. I typically stay in Marriott or Hilton properties and am usually leery of Choice Hotel properties, but this Comfort Inn was of a better breed than the Choice properties I've stayed at. The front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast area is well stocked and some items are left out all day (e.g. plastic cutlery), which I found helpful as I was working long hours on this trip and ate grocery store salads in my room each night. The room I was in appeared to have been renovated recently; the carpet, bedding, and some furniture seemed new. The room was very clean... the bathroom was spotless. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were quite handy, and the two free bottles of water in my room upon check-in were a nice touch. The hotel was very quiet during the time I stayed. The only things that could be improved on in my opinion were: a) the mattress (I had a king sized bed that sloped into the middle, making it hard to sleep more towards the edge as I prefer), b) the old a/c unit in the room (mine was quite noisy), and c) the fitness room, which was kinda pathetic and dated.
I read some people had issues with the train noise but I only faintly heard it during waking hours, and I wore earplugs at night to muffle the a/c noise so those must have blocked out any hint of train noise because I didn't notice the train at all during the night.
Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and would certainly stay here again should business take me to the Robins AFB area in the future.

This is a return visit for me. The décor is a bit outdated, but the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is relatively quiet. The breakfast area is kept clean and well stocked. Given the hotel's proximity to Robins AFB this is an excellent choice. And, by the way, they have warm cookies in the evening!

The Comfort Inn and Suites at Robins AFB, is just AWESOME!!!!!!. The staff members I noted went that extra mile for the customer in all areas. This was an Inn where you felt more like being part of a family than a number or just a customer. The two staff members that really stood out were Stacey and Beverly. Stacey who worked the front desk always had a beaming personality no matter when you saw her either in the mornings or in the evenings. When my wife and I first checked into the Inn she provided my wife and me a tour of the fitness room, laundry room and informed us about the outstanding cookies that were made every evening at 8:00PM. Stacey took time to explain and answered all of our questions for us. Once we had checked into our rooms Stacey called about 10 minutes later to ask us if everything within the room is in order. WOW!!!! That never happened before. Then you have Beverly who works the kitchen. This is by far one of the best kitchens I have seen in a long time. The eggs, sausage, and gravy were all hot. The biscuits were fresh. Special ordered waffles with several different flavors to choose from. Beverly was everywhere ensuring that everything was continually well stocked. She would make our waffles for us and then deliver them to our tables. She assisted everyone that had a need. My wife and I got a room for my parents for the weekend and they too all fell in love with both Stacey and Beverly. I cannot say enough about Stacey and Beverly, except to say that they made our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites “OUTSTANDING”. These are two special people that have a genuine concern for customers. The rest of the Comfort Inn’s in the United States can learn a whole lot from these two. Thank you Stacey and Beverly for everything…you both are appreciated.

Gladys met us at the front desk with a big beautiful smile and made our check in super easy. She was friendly and personable with helpful directions to our ball field. Breakfast was special thanks to Beverley, who makes her own recipe for ice coffee and made our waffles with love. She was exceptional with her service and cleanliness of the breakfast buffet. She handed out butter mints after our breakfast. We looked forward to breakfast, just to talk to her. Our room was clean and quiet. Lots of towels and great WiFi service, too! We will stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
