The room was average. The bed pillows were the size of sofa pillows, we had to go to the office to get bed pillows, which were too soft, it was like laying flat on the mattress. There was no lighting in the parking lot, not very safe at night. I don't think I would stay at this location again.

I was trying to save a few bucks so I booked us here for 1 night. Big mistake. They are remodeling (which is great), but the construction started below us early in the morning AND it is RIGHT NEXT to train tracks. There were trains ALL NIGHT! Also, there is NOTHING neatby for food or entertainment. The pool was nice, and the employees were great, but I would not stay here again.

Thank you for your comments , we have been undergoing a full renovation and we are compete now. I am sorry your experience was not great during the renovation. We strive for a great guest experience and we want all our guests to enjoy our hotel. I am sorry we are not close to food options , the front desk always has great suggestions that are the closest to the hotel which we do have some options 5 minutes away. The hotel is in a nice quiet location. It is an older property that is going through a renovation. I got a 2 queen bed suite and the A/C in the bedroom is smaller and does not produce much air but the room was comfortable and nice. It does need a good overhaul, but they are making progress with that.

One person at this hotel stands out and that’s Aretha! She is friendly and very helpful. We got great information from her. The hotel is dated, in bad need of a redo, if not a total rebuild! It is not worth $100+ a night for these rooms. The furniture, other than the bed, was old and uncomfortable. You could tell they have tried to freshen the paint, but you can only paint an OLD building so many times. The rooms are large and they are pretty well insulated from outside noise. We have stayed in 4 Comfort Inn and Suites on this trip and by far, this is the oldest and most worn of the hotels we stayed in. The area is great, very handy to lots of things. Please upgrade this hotel, we come to this area frequently.

We checked on Sept 28 & 29. Room 45. On room was located in a building across from the main building. Luckily the weather was dry or we would have gotten wet going to the main building for breakfast. The pool was closed, it was green and had mold growning on the pool steps. We had a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, there was hair all over the walls in the tub. No handles to hold onto getting in and out of tub, very unsafe . I had to have my husband help me get in and out of the tub I saw roaches in the bathroom as well The ac unit was very noisy. I will not stay at this location again, Far below what I expect from country inns and suites

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the GA National Fair. Hotel is definitely dated, but overlook that. The staff is super friendly, room was clean, and the bed was good. Pillows worth stealing they were so comfy, but we did the right thing and left them. Hot breakfast included. Eggs,sausage, biscuits&gravy,waffle iron, croissants, OJ,coffee, etc. Entrance sign to turn into hotel is miniscule so be on the look out or you'll blow right past it. Don't trust your GPS.

Hotel was the best. Great smell throughout the hotel and very clean. The service was fantastic and all of the staff members were very friendly. Enjoyed a cup of the coffee the last day at hotel, very good. I would recommend others to stay at this hotel. Restaurants and shopping spots only a few miles away. I will say that the outside of the hotel could be a little misleading, the inside made up for the outside appearance. Keep up the great work Comfort Inn & Suites.

I stayed here during a 3-day business trip. I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel better than my expectations. I typically stay in Marriott or Hilton properties and am usually leery of Choice Hotel properties, but this Comfort Inn was of a better breed than the Choice properties I've stayed at. The front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast area is well stocked and some items are left out all day (e.g. plastic cutlery), which I found helpful as I was working long hours on this trip and ate grocery store salads in my room each night. The room I was in appeared to have been renovated recently; the carpet, bedding, and some furniture seemed new. The room was very clean... the bathroom was spotless. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were quite handy, and the two free bottles of water in my room upon check-in were a nice touch. The hotel was very quiet during the time I stayed. The only things that could be improved on in my opinion were: a) the mattress (I had a king sized bed that sloped into the middle, making it hard to sleep more towards the edge as I prefer), b) the old a/c unit in the room (mine was quite noisy), and c) the fitness room, which was kinda pathetic and dated. I read some people had issues with the train noise but I only faintly heard it during waking hours, and I wore earplugs at night to muffle the a/c noise so those must have blocked out any hint of train noise because I didn't notice the train at all during the night. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and would certainly stay here again should business take me to the Robins AFB area in the future.…
