I grew up in Warm Springs and stayed a night during a recent trip from Stone Mountain to Florida. The innkeeper, Ms Thompson, is a family friend and this hotel has been her dream and passion as she renovated several years ago. You feel like you are going back in time surrounded by the furnishings and history. Our night was... More

We stayed at Warm Springs B&B 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we plan to come back. The room was clean, large and comfortable, beds very comfortable. The TV was small but that wasn't an issue. It's an old house and Ms. Gerry is doing an awesome job keeping it up. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We thoroughly... More

My family and I stopped in town to visit the fall festival an we decided we would just get a room and hang out. Well upon checking on, the old lady, who is probably the owner, was the rudest person I've ever encountered in a hotel setting. She was fussing at a small boy for just being a kid and... More

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The owner was very gracious and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and town. The room was nice enough. The breakfast was not as sumptuous as it sounds on the website but it was fine. The town is very small so be prepared.

This old hotel, built in the early part of the last century, really helps you recapture the era when Franklin Roosevelt visited the famous springs and rode the countryside in his Ford convertible. It's full of charm, and its owner, Miss Gerrie, who serves you a fabulous breakfast (all the way down to the cheese grits) is a fount of... More

My wife and I stayed here while visiting the area. We were immediately taken by the southern charm of both the interior and exterior of the hotel. The check in was smooth and Chaz showed us our room and the amenities prior to checking in much like I'd imagine things to be 100 years ago. The hotel does offer several... More

For anyone enjoying an historic inn full of antiques and "southern charm", I would recommend this unique hotel. First impressions are deceiving since the lobby itself does not look overly impressive. However, for hotel guests only, the large upstairs sitting room and 3rd floor breakfast room are beautifully appointed including lovely chandeliers, furnishings and antiques. Upstairs rooms have 12 ft... More

The Warm Springs Bed and breakfast takes you back to the Roosevelt Era. It's furnishings and decorations are exactly that. Our room is quaint, very suitable to our needs. Exactly what we wanted, exactly what we expected. This is our second stay here. The floors are squeaky, the stairs creaky, but you shouldn't expect anything else from a hotel built... More

Step back in time, to an old Inn, full of history, antiques, and memories. Had a double bed, Room 107, quaint sink in room, small shower off to side, comfortable and close to shops and eats. Ms. Geri served a tasty breakfast of her special cheese grits, eggs, meats, and sweet bread with peach preserves and endless coffee, along with... More

If you love to immerse yourself in history, you must stay at this hotel when visiting Warm Springs. Built in 1907, it has a long history with this small, charming town that is home to FDR's Little White House. Don't expect a lot of modern hotel conveniences and accoutrements (no shampoo or hairdryers in the room), but it was very... More

“Photos on the current website don't do the rooms justice. I understand there are some updates in the works. Although you can't see room availability on the website, I found talking to Gerrie's grandson - who was staffing the front desk at the time - to be most helpful in selecting the prefect room!”
