We arrived late on St Patrick's eve, and took the "last" available room. Got suckered into paying an outrageous price (holiday weekend, you know), with no discount for the non-functioning hot tub. My fault for not reading the reviews first. Dingy, ugly, shabby, outdated. Musty smell throughout. Everything needed repair, and a good cleaning. I was actually afraid to climb...

This place is nasty! We were hoping for a fun stay on Tybee and were severely disappointed. A disgusting waste of what could be a cute little beach motel. Front desk was rude and acted annoyed that we were there. We were given room #14 with duct taped windows, shabby dirty carpet, dirty walls, cracked dirty tile, moldy bathroom. The...

Wow. This place was a DUMP! It really needs to be on the show Hotel Impossible. Old, outdated, broken. If you don't have enough parking spaces for your guest, then you should validate the meter parking. The continental breakfast is a joke. They really need to do some simple upgrades to this property if they are going to keep charging...

Broken electrical, internet didn't work (...they said that it works with some devices and not with others-- so I found the router, replugged it, and viola, it worked...), broken construction in bathroom, dirt behind furniture, noisy mattresses with plastic wrap on them, cramped rooms, all the guests seem to smoke and have attitudes, and so on and so forth. For...

Booked this, and got a confirmation. I called on the day of my arrival to confirm. Owner said I should have checked my email - my card had been declined????? There was no such email - then he told me I would lucky to find any rooms on the island. Ha! I got one with the first call. Better rates,...

I had no idea, as it isn't disclosed, this hotel had rooms on the back.....in some sort of gravel alley/walkway . I was traveling alone and was put in this room behind the hotel. I had to walk all the way around in order to bring my belongings into my room. And let's discuss the room, shall we? I'm not...

An aging property with spacious accommodations, a 3 room suite complete with Jacuzzi room, separate living room, and separate bedroom. While the "free internet" was worthless and the whole inn is in serious need of updating, the Inn is one block from the beach. The complimentary cold breakfast is perfectly acceptable and offered good fresh variety from fresh fruit, yogurt,...

Booked online same day... rate is right for the place. Room was clean and comfortable. It might be pushing it to say this was an Inn, but we enjoyed the location and beach access close at hand. If you are looking for more of a motel type vibe this is it.

I don't write reviews, but i was so disappointed staying here that I wanted others to know about it. To start the room was very subpar. For the price I would expect something clean, comfortable and friendly but found none of this. The room looked outdated and worn out. It had a wet or musty feel to it which made...

The location of the hotel was great and convenient. It was a block away from the beach and restaurants and souvenir shopping. Unfortunately, there was limited parking on a first-come basis. The staff was small, and friendly. There was a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were simple, yet clean and comfortable.
