Based on recent positive reviews and the pamphlet and the person at the Visitors Center, we thought this would be a cute renovated motel on the beach. Don't be fooled if that is what you are seeking. This is one block from the beach. The rooms show promise, but are very dark with only one small window. We were told...

We stayed here a few years ago and it was okay, but now after all of the renovations and painting, it looks like a completely different hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. The mother and daughter that ran the desk were so friendly (sorry I forgot their names). Great place to stay and pet friendly!

We checked in amid the center of the night-we were depleted from voyaging. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so agreeable. The work area agent was cordial. Exceptionally satisfied with our stay and would stay once more, if in the region. I can't sufficiently express how clean the rooms were.

They had the best price on the island. I didn't get into town until very late. FYI- Some of the area hotels have no one available to do after hours check-in. It is an older property but in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I don't think I've ever stayed in a...

I used this hotel for a trip I was taking with my older mother and it was lovely. It was the only reasonably priced hotel I could find and I wasn't sure how it would be, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! The staff were VERY courteous and helpful to us, we had a mini fridge...

The staff is nice and professional, (p.s. thank you Melinda for all your help) We love how close it is too the beach too!! <3 beach lovin mommy and daddy + 3 tiny people

The hotel is an older motel with little in the way of amenities. That said our room was clean and neat with all we needed. No, this isn;t a place I would take a girl to impress her but for a couple on a motorcycle trip just trying out the island for the first time it was satisfactory. Breakfast was...

When we visited tybee, Baywatch was being filmed so loads of places were booked. From the outside, this would not have been my first choice, as the view is of the car park (very few hotels actually have a sea view) and it looks quite run down. But this is true of nearly all the hotels in the area. Inside...

We stayed here, after having a bad experience at another motel on the island. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms are freshly painted and overall in nice condition for being an older motel. If you are looking for luxury, don't come here, but if you are looking for an economical,...
