This inn is truly amazing. The home is a stunning antique treasure tucked away in a quiet area of Georgia. The staff is professional and the thoughtfulness behind each room is impressive. I recommend a stay here.

We found this delightful inn almost by accident. With no reservations we were in the area before we realized we had to spend the night locally and had nowhere to stay. By pure happenstance we found the listing for this inn and decided to give it a try. What a happy surprise! We were made to feel welcome, the rooms...

My wife and I recently spent a night at this B&B for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inn is beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast was superb, and the service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife & I visited the Simmons-Bond Inn for one night, June 20, 2014. We wish we would have had more time and will definitely go back. The approximate 110 year inn has been able to keep her charm and eloquence over the years. Why she shows her age only modestly, the warmth of her character is well worth the...

The bed was so comfy I slept like a log. The breakfast was tasty and BIG. You will definitely get your money's worth. Overall,...

What a shame we couldn't stay here longer. This is a fantastic place and exceeded all our expectations. The house is amazing and every time you looked around you saw something else. Our room was the Maria and it was beautiful. Todd and Joy were lovely and boy what can I say about the breakfast....delicious just doesn't do it justice.

What a lovely B&B! It was clean and comfortable, and our hosts were wonderful! We stayed in the Elizabeth room and it was so nice. We learned so much about this beautiful home from the owner during our breakfast. It was fascinating! We enjoyed walking around town, visiting the Paul Anderson park and also Toccoa Falls. We will definitely stay...
