Rude customer service The little short Indian girl was the rudest and she Benedetto customer service training. Would not stay again. Terrible, noisy, smell of weed everywhere .neeeeeeeeed help. The owner was also rude. They double charge you
All lies no remodel or updated. The room ceiling had hugh water stains and some paint peeling. The painted sink paint peeling. Carpet in dis repair. Advertise 30 item breakfast. (Understand virus but no coffee or juice in morning. No adjustment on price. Never will stay at a wyndham or microelectronics!!!
The first room I was assigned. The room smelled like mildew. The second room I was assigned to. The bathtub was dirty. I told the staff and they did not try to resolve my problem!! With COVID going on the cleanliness of the room should’ve been on top of the cleanliness.
Room was dirty, Dead bugs in the room. Could not understand desk clerk. Had to leave $50 cash only deposit at the desk that we did not know about, I don't normally travel with cash. First and last time to stay at a microtel motel.
No too bad! Beds were a nice size. The kids were happy. Vending machines were empty. No complimentary breakfast at all not even prepackaged. Our neighbors kept us up at not with their fighting. I could find anyone to report it to.
