Absolutely awful costumer service! Quoted one rate for a tournament then given a $50 higher rate! When asked about it, Steve Miller, the guy at the front desk was rude and condescending. The costumer is NEVER right is their attitude! Finally got 2/6 rooms a reduced rate but not the rate quoted by the tournament. We are having to pay...

Property was renovated at the end of 2016, and it looks nice (more modern). Furnishings were comfortable and functional. Requested a room on the lower level - away from vending/elevators which was honored. Front lobby has been remodeled, and was very nice. Our room was on the first floor, so I did not see the rest of the hotel, but the room and hallway was nice. Typical of a La Quinta. Front desk help was courteous!

Over the course of some time this facility was redecorated and the eating area was remodeled. It looks nicer, although I have to say if you look hard you will find small details that indicate the contractor didn't have lots of pride in their work (toilet paper container not screwed in securely and things like that). Although the front lobby has been refurbished, be prepared when you step off the elevator to enter into what feels like a bad Austin Powers movie. The hotel was great. They just did a an extensive remodel and they did a good job. You can see a big difference in the before and after. The rooms are clean and the service was great. Will be back the next time we are in town

Clean, new feel, Put the AC on 55 and it met the demand. Great night's sleep. The room was very clean and spacious. I also used the workout facility and it was not cramped like so many hotels - and all the equipment worked. Facility had big screen TV as well. The rate was extremely good. Much lower than nearby...

“Go somewhere else. If you have to stay at the #7/16 hotels in Rome, aim for the top floor,3rd, and on the front side of the building. Make sure you are paying for and getting a full size room. Stay away form the noisy icemaker/cement mixer which shares space in the hallway with the almost as noisy elevator.”
