We loved it here. Really needed to get out for the weekend and it was a great choice. We fished for a couple days and just hung out and played with our dogs. Very pet friendly. They also have a couple playgrounds for the kids....More

Camped at Ft. McAllister this weekend and really enjoyed the deer and other wildlife (racoons, armadilla, birds). The water pressure in the showers was amazing! Our grandson enjoyed the playgrounds and riding his bike around the campground.

Gnats and mosquitos are always a problem in the summer in the South. We use the backyard bug spray and it keeps them out of your camp site.

No. It's an outdoor park. Turn your phone off and enjoy being outside in nature.
