Was disappointed that pools and area around pool was not kept cleaner. Also splash pool was broken and doesn't look like there is any attempt to fix it. We have been here times in the past and grounds we're in much better shape.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case we fell short. We have addressed and corrected the issues at the pool and everything is back on track and working properly. If...

Our stay was April 8th - 14th. We arrived 40 minutes early, and were told it would cost us $5.00 extra, because we would be using their water and electricity for early arrival. Which we did not pay, we waited outside till 5 minutes till. Once we were at the RV site, it took up approximately 30 minutes to get...

Staff was friendly. We had reservations and was checked in promptly. We were escorted to our campsite which was on a concrete pad. We stayed 2 nights, visiting Callaway Gardens and FDR State Park. The campground is in a very convenient location. Pool looked nice - it's still too cool to go in. Restrooms were very clean.

We have become avid visitors of the RVC resorts. The staff is friendly and the grounds are always well kept. They have rules that are easy to follow but ensure that all guests are happy. There is a playground for the little ones and also a dog run for pets. Everyone who stays here has been super friendly and we...

We have camped here numerous times in our 43 ft. Motor Coach travelling to and from Florida. It's deep south with lovely views and quiet nights. Our stays there are typically off season so we normally have the place to ourselves. We stay in the upper area where there is more room but little shade which is fine during off...

These cabins are great. I felt like I went back in time! All wood cabins w Fireplace. We have a family of five and we all fit very comfortably in the two bedroom. Even though the description says two bedroom there is a loft with a third queen size bed. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. Great place...

The park was clean and very accommodating. I was very impressed with the staff. They chauffeured us to our RV spot....always a plus to me. The facility was clean and close to Callaway Gardens. We went to see Fantasy in Lights in December at Callaway. A must see if your near Atlanta in December

Traveled with an RV plus tow. site 193. Space was plenty big enough for A-class plus tow vehicle. Concrete pad. Had fire ring and picnic table available, though we did not use them. Lot was level all hook ups worked great. Cable worked well and wifi was good. Though if your computer was idle for a few minutes, you were...

Be aware that they charge you $5 for every hour you arrive before 2pm. We walked to the front office to see if they sold gallon jugs of water. My wife said she hopes they were open. Someone walking by overheard and said they close at 5. The door was locked at 4:53. When I knocked and put 5 fingers...
