Sterile and frosty atmosphere just like the owner. Not an ounce of warmth or friendliness in the place. Also unable to take warranted criticism. Sign of an unprofessional business not open to critique.

Four of us stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas markets in Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. We thought that the hotel was excellent - clean, well equipped, good service and great breakfast. An added bonus was the 216 bus from next to the hotel, into Baden-Baden which meant we could all enjoy the mulled wine at the market. Also an easy drive to Strasbourg and Karlsruhe airport. The hotel restaurant wasn't open but on the Saturday evening they were offering hot and cold snacks in the bar - and the restaurant in Hotel Trainer nearby was open (and very good). All in all an excellent base and good value for money.

Found this hotel through an internet search. One criteria was the need for working air on in the room. Daytime temperature was more than 32 degrees Celsius and nighttime was only slightly cooler. The hotel fully met our expectations and our room with a nice large terrace was fantastic. Very nice views over the hills with vineyards. Very friendly and helpful staff even when we arrived late at night. We were very delayed by being held up by long traffic delays, but there was nothing that was too much to ask for from the staff. Couple this with a nice breakfast after a nights rest in a cool room, and we felt refreshed. Thank You for our stay and we will absolutely be back if we pass by again!

Spent 3 nights at this precious little hotel in the wine country right outside of Baden Baden (10 mins by car). The hotel is located adjoining vineyards so the views are beautiful from the b’fast room and some of the guest rooms. It’s a quaint little place in a quiet town. Rooms are well appointed, clean and beds comfortable, bathrooms modern. B’fast was simple but included all of the things you would hope to find. Plenty of Parking available on the premises which was convenient. The staff are helpful and efficient. A memorable experience altogether.

For the first night of my first trip to Germany, we could not have picked a better place to stay! This hotel in wonderful in every way imaginable. The room was just the right size (not too big, not too small) and it was beautifully done. The innkeeper, Norbert was so very kind and helpful. He even gave us a quick private tour of an old part of the establishment. His recommendation for dinner was perfect. I have no words for the views. Finally, breakfast was more than I could have asked for. Given the opportunity, this is a must stay!

Rebstock hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to great restaurants and winery. The rooms are super clean and the bedding is luxurious. And, breakfast is out of this world. If you visit Baden-Baden treat yourself to a stay here.

Lovely hotel. We had a triple room with a balcony overlooking the vineyards, castle and church. It was all absolutely delightful. We received a very warm welcome, enjoyed an excellent breakfast, and appreciated the abundant free parking. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend most highly.

Stayed here for 2 nights and our room was stunning, lovely welcome when we arrived. Facilities in our room were top notch. Plenty of parking, nice terrace area and breakfast was delicious. Hotel was beautiful, very traditional and well laid out. Unfortunately there’s no restaurant at the hotel, however you are a walk away from 3 restaurants. 1 is a Michelin restaurant. Would definitely recommend the pub/restaurant called romerkeller, so friendly and they have English menus! Great value! Hotel is a few minutes from the Black Forrest. Plenty of walks, waterfalls and views to see or do. About a 10 minute drive from Baden-Baden town. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back

We are driving from the Uk to Kefalonia and this was our first stop. The hotel is attractive next to beautiful vineyards we were made to feel very welcome and our room was large with a delightful balcony. It is in a lovely village and we were lucky enough to enjoy a classical music concert in the church next to the hotel. It was supposed to be in the open but the weather denied us that. Good breakfast buffet altogether a great start to our adventure.
