We stayed in this wonderful hotel last year. The service is great, the breackfast is tasty and the room is clean and the spa is amazing and open until 22:00... Every year we come back to this best hotel
This hotel is a regular stop when we travel to Italy, and we usually stay for just 1 night. This year was no exception. We find the hotel pleasant, welcoming. The food is excellent and the hotel is in a nice area, where you can go for a walk among the ever present vines. We were in luck as we had had some less than perfect weather earlier, but in Baden-Baden the sun was out, the temperatures around 25 degrees C. The thought occurred to us to try and get another night. The people at reception were very helpful and yes, an extra night was possible. But one thing led to another. We wanted to stay longer still, but the hotel was booked solid. However, in the nick of time someone cancelled a reservation and we could add another two nights, albeit in another room. That meant moving, but the staff were very helpful. All we had to do was gather our loose items and drop those in a suitcase. Our unpacked clothes we could leave lying or hanging, and while we spend a day in nearby Strasbourg the hotel people moved us into the other room. It didn’t end there as we moved to yet another room after prolonging our stay one more time. Again our stuff was moved for us and all we had to do was enjoy our holiday. The Alsace region of France is nearby. I mentioned Strasbourg, but places like Colmar, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr are not to be missed. And Baden-Baden itself is a treat as well. In short: the hotel is perfect, and it’s situated in a nice spot. If you visit this area, this is where you want to be.…
Stayed here for one night whilst competing in 2019 Screwball Rally. Arrived early evening after a gruelling days drive, check in was efficient and pleasant receptionist. I stayed in the themed Capaia room with an African influence. Dined in the hotel’s restaurant with bread followed by the most delicious rump steak cooked to perfection washed down with a carafe or three of local wine. The service was first class with our friendly and engaging waiter. Breakfast the next morning was first class buffet style offering. Check out was friendly and professional. As the previous insights wine was so good we made the point of seeking out the nearby vineyard and winery to stock up on a few bottles to take back home 🍷
Wonderful hotel as always. Service is fantastic and really appreciated their help with the wine. Love the food and great wine selection. Room is well equipped and there are great views of the vineyards from the balcony
An excellent hotel a few miles outside Baden-Baden where we had spent the day. The hotel seemed oddly situated in a quiet residential area but it proved to be a good choice. Our room was very comfortable and modern, with all the amenities you would expect, and included air conditioning which was welcome as it had been in the mid thirties. There was an inviting balcony to sit on. We dined there and also had a substantial breakfast which included hot food. There is a gym too (we didn't use it)
Hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The toiletries (no hair conditioner) are quality L’Occitane products! Loved how they provided matches, too! Breakfast was in a really nice cozy room and the service was very friendly. They use such pretty cutlery and coffee pots and have a large variety of options for breakfast. The strawberry yogurt was really delicious.
A friendly welcome, a very clean, modern room, good food and good service. We took our meals sitting outside on the patio area and that was very nice. New to the area, the hotel was a bit difficult to find (satnav was useless!!) but the lovely walks around and down in to the village more than compensated for this. Would love to visit again.
We stayed here during the first weekend of december so all the X-mass decorations were on and it gave the place a magical feeling. The decorations were another example to the fact that every little detail is taken care of here. As soon as you walk in you can feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of this family-owned hotel. We took the junior suite and it was spacious and wonderful with a balcony we enjoyed despite the cool air and the rain. Highly recommended!
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. It is a clean, stylish hotel and was comfortable although the air con does not operate at night (no one told us this and I spent a long time trying to get it to work when we arrived late at night!) and, as a result, we were so hot that unfortunately we didn't sleep much. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice.
Visited here for my wedding anniversary but we also had our small baby with us. The room was perfect and the views were breathtaking. Downstairs in the hotel there is a spa with a sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and, best of all, a lovely warm lounging area where you can read a book while lying on loungers, rock in the wicker swing, make your own drinks (hot and cold) and eat complimentary biscuits. The hotel breakfast was delicious, as was the scenery from the window. The rest of the food I found a bit pricey and without many vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped us navigate our way to the bus stop to get into town. We'd love to stay here again and it worked well with the baby too.
