We stayed at this "Hotel" because it was close to Fiona Stanley Hospital & that is the only positive I can write for this hotel. When we arrived at our room there was a dead squashed cockroach on the table, the floor had not been vacuumed, there was rubbish still in the bin, no TV remote, there was sand in...

We stayed here due to proximity to a meeting in the area. We were booked here for 2 nights but left and found alternate lodgings for the next night. The room smelt of smoke and there was a generator running outside of our window all night. The bathroom was very average and damaged. Very poor.

Basic hotel clean and tidy. Bathrooms have paint coming off. Need more pillows and blinds need replacing as rooms over look car park. Great pub attached in the beer garden but unfortunately no breakfast availability. Good for overnight stay when you have a function on elsewhere.

This location and surrounding places to eat and shop was fantastic we could not ask for better! The room was large, bathroom was dated ( peeling paint, stains in sink) but for the price we paid $35 each for overnight accommodation next to a pub, sizzler next door, shopping centre within in a stones through and close to everywhere we...

I have stayed here several times, the last being 6 weeks ago. You get what you pay for with this motel. The rooms are spacious but pretty empty. The bathrooms are nice but old/ run down. The bed is okay, pretty much what you would expect for a hotel at this price though. There is ample parking just outside of...

My partner and I stayed for one night for my Birthday. The rooms definitely need a lot of work doing. Very out - dated. Shower very old and not very good. Lighting very bad in room. You get told that you can park right outside the room, but you can't because all the pub staff park their cars there and...

We took a motel room here for five nights to be near family who live in the area. At $100 a night for a double room, one wouldn't expect the Ritz, and staying here was a mixed experience. Let's begin with the positives! The room is very large and well proportioned. It contains a comfortable Queen bed and a single...

We are a family of four and stayed for one night only. The room layout is good. It has a separate room for kids (room number 1). In summary the stay was what we expected for the price. Perth is pretty expensive as accom goes so this is a good option. While it is a pub with accom, in a...

If you want to park your car near your room, you will have to wait for the bar and hotel staff to finish their shift as they park in the guests areas. (Usually they leave after 9.30pm, until they finish work you have to park in the adjoining supermarket carpark) The soap is left unwrapped in the shower So you...

Overpriced Perth is a hotel / motel nightmare. If you have car - it's not uncommon to be charged $12-$25 just to park it over night in downtown Perth. Not do here though. For $100 per night and not that far out if you have a car - this is a pretty good location for a bed (or 3) and...

“Get there between 2pm and 6pm on the day of check-in. Not sure why exactly but might have something to do with there being the right bar staff there to check you in. Staying in Room 4 was neat and tidy and looked like it was recently renovated.”
