Inside the beauty of Salakos village there is this quiet warm and friendly hotel. You can enjoy a cup of local tea and the service of the owner Tasoula who is very willing and nice person. I recomend a stop here whenever you have the opportunity.

First thing you notice is just how beautiful Salakos is, nestling into the densely forested Mount Profitis Ilias. The hotel is converted from a gorgeous Italian 'colonial' grand house. It sits towards the top of the village, at the corner of 2 streets. The views are stunning. The room, although basic was very comfortable and everything worked!! Breakfast outside in...

Really enjoyed our stay at this simple but lovely hotel. Great location, very friendly and a delicious breakfast in the sun before we left. Just wish we had more time to spend there as I think there must be some good walking around the area. We had dinner and drinks in the village the evening that we arrived which we...

We stayed here for three nights in May 14 to take advantage of some great walking trails, all of which started within yards of the hotel. The hotel is simple, but clean, comfortable and very friendly. The owner and her father in law extend a great welcome and offer excellent breakfasts. A couple of tavernas in the pretty village square...

We had a fabulous two nights staying at this hotel in Salakos. The location is great. On day 1 we walked up to the top of the mountain on the trail behind the hotel and had lunch at the restaurant on the top. In the evening we took the short walk down to the village square and had a delicious...

This is a very nice, small hotel. The lady who runs the place is very friendly and welcoming. She speaks good English, which is a bonus! The hotel is not luxurious, the rooms are simple, but clean and spacious. Breakfast is exceptionally good, they just kept bringing more food to our table. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here with my husband, for one night in April. We were unsure what to expect as the hotel only has 4 rooms and is situated in a small village away from the 'tourist trail'. Well, we arrived to an extremely warm welcome from the owners. The room was basically furnished but spotlessly clean. No aircon, although we would...
