This is really a very nice place. Most outstanding are the lovely views, as it sits on top of a hill overlooking the small town of Morija. Next, Brigette and her staff are very friendly. Thy provide a nice home-like ambiance that encourages the guests to interact with each other. The food is very nice, particularly the homemade bread and...

We stayed at Morija Guest House for 4 nights while attending the 2016 Roof of Africa. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We stayed in rooms in the main house. The shared bathrooms were clean. Our dinners were really nice and they went out of their way to cook delicious vegetarian meals for me. The location of the guest house...

Morija Guest House is a retreat where I can relax, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. In the evenings, there is nothing better than sitting on the rock with a glass of wine, talking to other guests as we enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The staff are super friendly and the smell of freshly baked bread, and tasty home-cooked meals...

It's probably true to say that Morija guest house is better than anything else in the vicinity but it still leaves a lot to be desired. The views from the garden are wonderful and a good walk can be taken from there in the hills behind but the accommodation is very basic. The rooms are small sparsely furnished (our room...

Let me comment on this review. I won’t “reply” it as such since the reviewer chose not to write to me directly (my e-mail address is on our website). Our bedrooms are certainly simple as stated in our website (“rustic”). Our beds are comfortable and most are equipped with electric blankets for winter (that’s what counts) but it’s true that...

A wonderful place to stay and a rich human experience. Bridgette is an incredible host. She is very sweet and devoted to run this place the best possible way so that her guests feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. The place, built high up on a rock is beautiful and unique in it's own way. Inspired by the local...

What a lovely experience. Home cooked meals, beautiful vista's, and all in a culturally rich environment. The friendly staff and good service makes you feel at home regardless of where you come from. All in all, a lovely place to meet a few new people and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Definitely a bucket list destination!

Staying with Brigitte at the guesthouse was unforgettable. Since I stayed for two months the hospitality and peaceful surroundings changed me. I hope for the rest of my life. In my time there I enjoyed sunrises from different vantage points (the terrace, the garden and from "the rock") have sundowners while seeing the sun set and create a full spectre...

This part of Lesotho offers some really interesting historical insights into Lesotho. The owner of the guesthouse, Brigette is very welcoming and hospitable and has a great deal of information and understanding of the local area. Brigette and her family built the attractive and quirky building. There are some very scenic walks and views in the area. Well worth visiting.

The guest house is in a wonderful location, up on a slope overlooking the beautifully-treed valley where Morija is located. It's like being a guest at the home of a friend - relaxing and homey and shared bathrooms. The road to the guest house from the main road is unpaved, but is well marked (with a series of white rocks...
