Very nice and clean . Great breakfasts!!!! Insane view from our room! Price is right also. Close to hiking. Quiet and relaxing. Just wish they had wifi. I would go here again in a heartbeat. Hosts are accommodating and friendly.

A lovely little B&B located in the heart of mountains. Our room was decorated with the quaintness of your grandmothers home. The views are lovely with a porch swing outside our bedroom. The breakfast was served homestyle with home cooked foods that was delicious as we sit on the outside terrace and enjoyed nature's beautiful views. I would definitely stay...

My best friend from high school and I met at the Bed and Breakfast at Swan Lake for a "girls' weekend." I was immediately struck by the gorgeous views from the porch. Our host, Chris, was absolutely delightful! She gave us lots of tips about local restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was absolutely heavenly! The first day, we had...

Nice bed & breakfast in Hiawassee, GA. The rooms are a nice size and were recently redecorated. Breakfast was very tasty, but the menu was a tad limited. The view from the rooms is lovely but I would definitely recommend staying here in the summer as there is not a lot to do in the winter if you are planning...

Stuck in the eighties! I would say the best part was the breakfast and the view. The downside was the room. It smelt old, and reminded me of my great grandmother, but not in a good way. The inn keeper wouldn't even let me use her Wi-Fi! This is 2015! This place needs a major update. Would not stay here...

My husband went to Young Harris College many years ago. We came to Hiawassee to meet with two former classmates and see the fall colors. Chris was a charming hostess who made breakfast for 5 of us to enjoy. What a treat to sit around a table and remember old times without the hassle of a restaurant. The view of...

Needing a restful, quiet place to spend a few days before a busy fall, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with our choice of Swan Lake B&B. Friends had stayed with Chris & Eric about 4 years previous to our visit and I had recently come across the flyer they had given us. Eric helped us...

We had a perfect getaway at Swan Lake. The drive up to the B&B from town was so worth it! What a gorgeous view from our very comfortable room and on the patio outside as we sat in the swing and chairs, and how much fun we had walking around the lake, smelling that mountain air and taking in the...

I wish we had more time to spend there! Great breakfast. Very nice view and porch swing to enjoy it. Good size private room. Extremely clean. Nice basket of goodies including home made cookies. Look for the sign at the road to make sure you don't miss it. I would return in a heartbeat.

My wife and I stayed here for our 6th anniversary. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were treated as though we were special guests. The food was excellent and our room was cozy! We really enjoyed having a hanging swing right outside our room and spent quite a bit of time just swinging and enjoying...
