I've stayed at the Columbus Marriott for years, and every other week for most of the past year. The location is great. And most of the staff tries hard, but every visit seems to be worse than the last. Almost everyone that comes to the hotel is there a lot. They visit the three local companies and nearby Fort Benning....

We visit our daughter in Columbus every other month and absolutely love this hotel. The staff is super nice and very accommodating of Any requests we've ever had. Starbucks in house is super convenient. We also love grabbing food from Houlihans and eating up in our room. The beds are super comfy and rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend.

You and your family are so important to us and providing friendly service is most important to us! Our Grist Mill Coffee Shop is amazing and Ms. Glendina was thrilled to hear how much your family enjoys her coffee selections and delicious smoothies! I love this hotel! Every member of the hotel staff I came in contact with was friendly, cheerful, and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. When one of the staff members overheard my conversation with a colleague that I had forgotten to bring the power cord for my laptop, he offered to try and find...

Amazing doesn’t really seem to cover it, but that’s what this hotel is; I am in loved with its beautiful character and history. First, the location is perfection if you are looking to be near the college or the riverfront or all the shops in downtown – all are just steps away; you won’t need a car. The visitor center...

The history of our beautiful Historic Marriott Hotel is amazing and as a section of our building was once part of the largest flour mill in the southeast during the 1800's - we do have many stories to share with our guests! As our downtown continues to grow with the opening of new special event venues and delicious restaurants, we...

The good: the location is perfect for me, great neighborhood for walking, it's on the Riverfront. I love an engaging lobby for working at the computer rather than a quiet boring room. This property has a great lobby. The downside: in three days I never walked into the Starbucks and found anyone there. I'm talking morning and night. I also...

This is our third time staying at the Columbus Marriott and we've never been disappointed. The staff is helpful and kind and we love the historic feel of this hotel. There is a train that comes through twice a night, but we are used to it now. We will come back again and again. Great locating, great people, great atmosphere.

Traveled to Columbus, GA on a business trip and stayed at this Marriott for a few days. I really liked the historic, vintage feel of the hotel and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The lobby has many personal/group seating areas to relax and a small convenience shop tucked away in the back, which serves Starbucks coffee. Since the hotel...

Very nice location and lobby. Our room is in sad shape. The air-conditioningis inadequateat and at the end of October. Needs a paint job and fix the water spots in the bathroom. Too expensive for what we got.
