This was a repeat visit for us. Our youngest will be leaving for college last year and wanted to come back. If you are looking for new construction this is not your place. We stayed in the tanglewood cabin. It is older but it is clean and functional. What is really great about this place is you truly unplug. It...

It is an fantastic place for the family. Plenty of room for the kids to play, they loved playing in the creek, playing on the swings and in the club house. For us, we created some wonderful memories as family. We talked, played games, had a campfire, went canoeing and swimming in the beautiful lake. It reminded me of my...

Beautiful place for sitting and doing nothing. The cabins are good but that is all. They advertise kid friendly, kayaks, canoes, swimming and a playground. The pond was barely big enough to turn the canoe around and was full of turtles, so no swimming. The playground had grass and weeds 3 ft tall so not so kid friendly. Paid for the weekend...

We rented the Music Lodge for a family reunion and could not have been more pleased with our choice. Sally was very helpful during the planning of the event and believe me we had plenty of questions that came up but Sally was gracious and answered them all for us. We had 58 people all together from 77 years old...

We stayed here the day/night before & after an event and loved the quiet, adorable Sleepy Hollow cabin. Very simple but everything you need! If you want to spending quality time with a special somebody, this is the place to do it. Sally was so friendly, helpful and accomodating; she went out of way to help us out with some...

My daughter and her new husband just had a beautiful wedding at Hidden Hollow! They wanted a rustic spot with cabins for their attendants and family to be able to be together for the weekend. It was the perfect fit. Sally (owner) was so sweet and very helpful from day one, and continues to be with tying up loose ends....

We took our 15 year old daughter and a friend for a 4 day/3 night stay. Our first 2 nights were in Tanglewood Cabin and the last night was upper floor of Hickory Hall. The pictures are accurate. This is just like stepping back in time, the girls enjoyed themselves beyond belief. Any where we went they could not wait...

Quiet, peaceful, calm - this is a beautiful setting. The spring-fed lake is gorgeous, nestled there against the hillside. The price was awesome. We had a large group and the cost was very reasonable. If budget is an issue, this is a sweet deal. We don't mind bugs, spiders, snakes, raccoons, deer - that's all good. All this was good......

I don't know who the crazy person is in the previous review, but anyone who stays in the woods knows there are bugs. We go EVERY year as soon as its warm enough to swim. If you stay in a cabin it is cleaned out and taken care of. If you drive to the top of Wilderness Mountian ( hince...

Hidden hollow....hidden away from the civilization into the wilderness.......awsome place. A perfect get away for any natue lover...its got everything to take you back a complete era. Its got a wooden hut (promises to be like a hut in the jungle), lake to swim or do boating/fishing in, waterwheel and animals (pets off course) being their absolute self. The people...
