Ruby's Inn is by far a very convenient hotel directly on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon National Park. Check-in was swift with an added bonus that the hotel had 1 room ready for us to at an earlier time. The Lake Lodge with a view of the lake was okay but nothing to celebrate the fact that they're on the...

This place is a business and it sure does feel like it, I felt like it was a tourist processing plant, they run hotel, restaurant, store, art gallery, guided tour and more. No friendly atmosphere but more of a frenzy atmosphere. What I felt in this place was a big clash with the serenity of the surrounding area

The last time we were at Bryce National Park, we came to Ruby's and vowed that the next time we would stay here. My husband and I arrived and were given a room above the indoor pool. There was a very strong smell of chlorine. I went to the desk to ask for a new room, and had no problems...

We made our reservation through Expedia and arrived for check in on August 4th as confirmed, only to be told that they did not have our reservation. The front desk agent was very young but tried to be helpful. The manager on duty was less helpful. He never apologized for the mistake or promised to find us a room. Instead,...

We were checked in quickly and were directed to our room. There are several different buildings on the property, most two story. I request a ground floor, and we had a very nice room with a view of the lake and camp ground. Clean, comfortable beds, with mini-Frig and Microwave. I felt it was expensive for a Best Western, but...

We arrived really late in the evening and were very tired. We had done our research on-line and called to get prices. They were up to $50.00 higher than what we were expecting. We got two rooms and both rooms were the same exact room except one had a lake view and it was 11pm and we were leaving at...

We had a lovely time at the Ruby Inn. Bryce was spectacular. We were very disappointed with our dinner at the Western Show and Dinner at their facility across the street. We paid $38.00 ea. for salmon or steak that was served like mess hall food. And, not much better. So simple,so bland, so bad. You should have seen the...

This hotel is in a great location to visit Bryce Canyon. The room we had was huge and very well appointed. There is a large indoor pool available and a choice of eating establishments including a restaurant, fast food, and a grocery. No separate bar in this hotel which was quite common for us in Utah.

Should you be deciding whether or not to stay at this hotel, allow my list of top 10 tips to assist you in that decision: 10. Don't be deceived and sucked in by the historical draw of this hotel. The lobby is rustic and charming but the buck stops there. 9. The cowboy buffet restaurant. Just don't. 8. Travel with...
