It doesn't get much worse than this. The positives that you will never need a wake up call and that's simply because there's enough ambient noise to make sure you will never fully sleep. Thank God for ear plugs. The walls are a chimera. The AC unit makes strange intermittent gurgles. The street noise makes you feel as though you...

Good Morning Sment; I was really disheartened when I read your review of your stay with at the Park Plaza Hotel. I fully respect that a historic and unique Boutique Hotel is not for everyone, but it seemed that despite our sincerest attempts at making your stay pleasant, we were unable to accomplish this. You first notified the Night Auditor...

This is a very small hotel that is very long on charm and quaintness . . . it's old style with rooms on the small side, lots of wood details and wood shutters. Our bathroom was tiny but functional. The air conditioning was a little noisy but cooled the spaces well. All rooms are on the second floor. It was...

We stayed here when we dropped our son off at college. Park Plaza is PERFECT! The staff are the friendliest, nicest people in the world! It is the perfect location. We could walk to everything. Don't stay here if you are the complaining type. It is not a new fancy huge bathroom type of hotel. It's an old school hotel...

Greetings PollyMc3 Wow, your review was PERFECT! Your sadness after dropping off your youngest brought back memories for all of us of similar moments in our lives. What we loved is that we were able to embrace you in our own way during your difficult moment and perhaps make it just a little easier. I printed your review and am...

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to see Orlando city soccer club and needed a place to stay that wasn't so corporate and over done. after doing some research I stumbled upon this beauty! This hotel is set in a beautiful area with bricked streets, overlooking a gorgeous park where the train runs right along. I booked with Expedia...

Hello Kay M, Lovely to see such a wonderful review. I was thrilled when I saw your well written summary of the Hotel and of your stay. Always nice. Stayed here multiple time. Staff is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Hotel is quaint, rooms cute and clean. Comfortable hotel. I've read the issue with the train. If that bothers you, get a inside room, or a room facing park. Doesn't bother me at all and I get a parkside room facing the track... coffee...

Right on Main Street lovely lobby as u can see on their web site. Lots of restaurants and window shopping. No self parking. Valet is $10/day but u might get lucky with street parking or there is a public garage around the corner. In keeping with the historic theme...nice wood floors. Small bathroom. Paper thin walls. U can hear everything...

We had a Suite, which was much bigger than the normal size rooms, which were cramped. Great balcony overlooking Park Avenue. Nice basic breakfast delivered to our room (though I wish I could have ordered it the night before, rather than having to call at 7 am to order the delivery as that was when the morning staff started, but...

The hotel was in a very odd location, tucked in a strip of retail shops and restaurants. Lobby was cute, quite, almost to quiet actually. Room was nice, small, old, but clean. Staff were very nice and helpful.

I did not know what to expect until I experienced this hotel for myself. This was a real treat to stay at this almost 100 year old hotel. It took me back to olden times with the great balcony, and old fixtures. The day staff is beyond helpful, and I got to meet the great lady who owns this hotel....

The hotel is right on Park Avenue where all the best shops and restaurants are located. You do hear the train and Sun Rail quite often, but it didn't bother us much as we're use to city noises. Lovely hotel in a great, little town. Close to downtown Orlando and I-4 if you want to venture down to the attractions.
