The Hilton West Palm Beach garners praise for its attentive service and central location, which puts guests in close proximity to local attractions. The hotel's vibrant atmosphere, accentuated by live entertainment and stylish pool area, is frequently celebrated, although events can contribute to a noisier environment. While the amenities, including the pool, are generally well-regarded, renovations have sometimes caused inconvenience. Guests appreciate the modern, clean rooms, but some have raised concerns about housekeeping and noise. Additionally, unexpected fees have led to perceptions of the hotel offering poor value.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The facility, grounds, pool area and room were extremely clean and well kept. The hotel is within walking distance of many shops, places to dine and sights. If not we found all the Uber requests had a quick response and the fares were very reasonable and drivers very friendly. The Galley restaurant located in the hotel food/beverages were very good. The employees were all very friendly and conducted themselves professionally. Although due to covid room cleaning was only conducted every other day, if needed, just ask at the front desk for additional towels etc. and it was quickly provided.

I would like to give special recognition to Justin Stack who went over and above to ensure our stay was great. Justin is an excellent representative for the Hilton organization.

From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were treated with the upmost respect courtesy And professionalism.
That was just the beginning of the amazing treatment and an wonderful time we had. It began with the valet service followed by the concierge we made our way to a room to a spectacular amazing clean room we walked our way down to the pool and we’re treat it like family as we walked up to the bar to get a drink the entire three day. We were there we didn’t want it to end the kitchen staff the restaurant staff the security staff the cleaning crew I have so many names written down that I wish I could personally name every individual The food again the staff the chef people like Elvira Cash Chris P Anna Zeke Pierre David Blaime Lakisha just just everyone my wife and I did not want to leave we’re dying to go back as soon as we get an opportunity just to get away for the weekend or a few days we would definitely definitely I mean definitely go back to the Hilton
I don’t wanna forget Paloma Heather the chef that night who made those empanadas oh my God those are probably one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten in my life
So to put it short I love the West Palm Beach Hilton.
When I really mean I had one of the most amazing times in a hotel in my life I would have to say it was there look at those smiles 😀

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach a couple of years ago and we had such a great time then that we planned to return. Memorial Day weekend 2021 was the perfect excuse to return.

There was a mix-up regarding my room reservation and once I explained it to the front desk staff they took care of it right away.

Though we're still dealing with COVID-19 (and as a family feel safer venturing out these days) the hotel still recommends masks especially indoors in closed-in spaces.

We enjoyed the pool. And the City Center just across the street. The Galley restaurant was great, be warned, reservations are now strongly recommended.

We used the hotel as a home base over the long weekend and did a couple of excursions in the area, since the location was central to them.

We also enjoyed the food at the Manor restaurant (breakfast & lunch). The waitstaff were all friendly and welcoming.

Our family loves staycations, if that's you too, you can't go wrong with the Hilton Hotel in West Palm Beach, FL.

Pro's: 1. Hard Working staff that is dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible during the Pandemic. 2. Good food served in restaurants with a nod to Gallery. 3. Comfortable pool which at the moment is reserved for hotel guests only (although we spotted several people walk in with coolers from outside).

Cons: 1. Rooms might be sprayed and cleaned with Lysol, but our one bedroom suite felts grimy and drab and we found a bloody rag and lots of crumbs in the room from former guests. 2. Breakfast in the morning can be a free for all, and while we did reserve a 7 am time one morning it was served a full 45 minutes late. 3. Rooms really require daily maid service and the significant reduction in staff is noted.

I was impressed at how well the hotel was able to maintain services with a Skelton staff that worked so hard. We always prefer a one bedroom at this Hilton and on our second day we did receive house keeping complete with a lysol sent that was appreciated but the room felt drab. We did find some left ver small bites of food and crumbs in the couch (I sat on them) and there was a dirty bloody rag draped behind the sofa in the bedroom. The top of the closet was absolutely filthy and has not been cleaned.

A special shout out to Keitra at the front desk who was able to help us through some business issues using the hotel's computer as well as Peire at the breakfast restaurant who seemed to work tirelessly to make sure guests were as comfortable as can be.

We significantly appreciated the attempts the hotel went through to provide a hot breakfast for guests. Although we were asked to place our order by 8pm the night before indicating the time for "pick up", for the most part the order was ready within a 15 minute time frame. We did experience a 45 minute delay and needed to ask the front desk to investigate. The hotel graciously extended a credit to us for food in the Gallery.

We found the food to be good and the food in the Gallery (and service) to be above average. Although opened Wed through Sun, we appreciated the happy hour pricing.

I would not hesitate to stay again although I do wish there was a greater effort to supervise cleaning of rooms and perhaps a refresh of linens and pillows.

I’ve stayed here pre-covid and spending a few nights here this week. Check out my pros and cons below.

Pros:
Close to the highway
Close to restaurants and shops
Nice large pool
Fans in the bathroom (makes a big difference for air flow)
Received complimentary water bottles at check in (because I’m a Silver member)
Hilton CleanStay (Rooms are supposed to be extra cleaned)
Gym is large. I was surprised to see TRX straps and a Pelaton!
Nice size fridge
On-site restaurant was decently priced

Cons:
A lot of people not wearing mask! (A few times I had to wait for another elevator because the person that walked in before me didn’t have a mask on)
Lumpy bed

Tips:
Ask for a room away from the elevator and on a higher floor for peace and quiet. Pool or city view are both nice.

A most enjoyable stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach, great central location for working at Rybovich Safe Harbour and adjacent to Rosemary Square with its restaurants and shops. Room 344 gave views across Okeechobee Boulevard and although close to the road, there was minimal noise. Rooms are generous in size but lacking a little in storage. The pool and bar areas are well maintained and the inside shop also has a wide variety. The $28 daily ‘Urban Destination Charge’ is a little misleading as it is basically an additional charge that you spend throughout your stay. That said, the hotel offered everything one would need and a return will be most definitely on the cards.

The West Palm Beach Hilton is a luxury property and was immaculate! The lobby is large and beautiful, overlooking the outdoor pool area with lots of seating arrangements. Our king bed room was spacious with a comfortable sized bathroom/shower stall so no complaints. The breakfast for two with tip was $66 (coffee, entree and fruit cup each) so it isn’t cheap but it was fresh and tasty. It’s right across the street from Rosemary Square and we enjoyed walking around there. We ate at the City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill on the second floor of Rosemary Square and would highly recommend it. It’s a five minute walk at most. The Hilton has valet parking only but you can take your car in and out at no extra cost (parking is $31/night).

The hotel is beautiful and the pool specifically is amazing. The location is perfect because great food spots and restaurants are right across the street. The beach is also just a short drive (about 8-10 minutes). The hotel staff was very friendly and the option to communicate with the front desk via text was very helpful. For the most part people had masks on but I saw several groups without them waiting in the lobby and elevator and they were not confronted by the hotel staff which was a little bit disappointing. The bed sheets seemed clean although the comforter was not enclosed in its own sheet and did not smell great which makes me believe that it is not regularly washed. Also, the refrigerator in the room is was actually just a freezer and froze all of our beverages which wasted some of our purchased items. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and definitely want to come back soon!

The Hilton West Palm Beach is in a great location and offers quite a great variety of amenities during guests' stay. We were able to book a room for two nights and definitely wish we could have stayed longer during these holidays. Everything around the hotel is immaculate and each member provides a high level of customer service.

Even though it was hard to get an upgrade during a high season, we secured a room in a high floor with city view. The city views are amazing but would highly recommend booking a pool view. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it the pool looks great and would have loved to enjoy the hot tub as well.

One advice that I have is to clarify with front desk their urban destination fee of $28 per night that apparently can be used for food and beverage. In addition, if you are a Hilton Honors member, you can get a credit combined to this amount. I was using free night certificates, so I didn't get charged or used this fee, but received the credit that is given to Hilton Honors members. Also, parking is approximately $33 (tax included).

Finally, Courney at the front desk was great to work with during our stay. We appreciated her patience and willingness to help. It was great to stay here and will highly recommend it. We will definitely make sure to come back in the near future!

We booked 12/23-12/25 and Jonathan during check in was amazing. We arrived late because my flight didn’t land until 8pm but he was very bubbly and welcoming which was well received after a long travel day from Texas. Jonathan was able to accommodate my requests for a bathtub instead of a shower, so that my one year old could have a good bath. He also placed us near the elevator, another room request I appreciated being accommodated. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays which added that extra touch of special to this short trip. The only negative of the trip, which ended up putting a damper on my overall impression of Hilton WPB was the valet workers. They never opened the doors, wouldn’t help to grab any luggage, and when my husband was leaving the hotel the valet man parked our car at the end of the drive through and my husband was carrying the one year old as well as three bags. The valet worker didn’t even offer to help and when my husband said something to him, the valet worker just walked away without even offering an apology. Very disappointing. The valet was never overwhelmed with patrons when we needed our car so there was no excuse for this lack of hospitality.
