Jolie was amazing with her customer service. She was very attentive with keeping us happy with food and drinks. I was her for five nights and Jolie was our server every day. She knew exactly what we needed even before we ordered. I will definitely stay at the Hilton again in West Palm.
This is a great hotel if you are flying in and out of Palm Beach Airport. It seems new and is very clean. It has a bar and restaurant and a shuttle to airport. I like that they sell beer and wine in the gift shop if you get in after the restaurant closes. That is all I need on a short overnight.
The location is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are nice, and the staff is great. Angela was very helpful and gave us good info on the event we were attending and about the surrounding area. I’m glad to have found such a nice place to spend my vacation!
Angela was super helpful and kind even though I was flustered and short from airport hassles. Loved our stay and the hotel pool and vibe. Enjoyed drinks and food from the tiki bar and had fun with the kids.
Hotel staff is most pleasant. Crab cake sandwich at the Tiki bar is pretty dang good. No car? No problem. The concierge and driver Corey was especially hospitable and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Corey drove us to a number of places in the vicinity with friendly convo to boot. I’d stay here again, sure.
Had a great 1 night stay. Close proximity to the airport. Room 111 was very quiet and cozy. Nice staff. I did not like how there was not creamers available for the coffee. Just half n half milk.great staff! I feel i have written enough. Its forcing me to write 200 characters.
My friend and I took our daughters to a concert and decided to just book a room for the night. The lobby area looks clean and pleasant. After reading reviews, I requested a top floor room on the pool side of the building, since that was the most quiet side. When I checked in, the front desk attendant told me they didn't have any 2 queen bed rooms on that floor on that side of the building, but that he could upgrade us to a king suite at no extra charge. This room had a king bed and pull-out sofa bed. I arrived just after 4pm. As my daughter and I were getting settled in the room, she heard screaming. We thought there was a child in the hall, but it was someone in the room next door (or close by) having screaming sex. Right about that time, my friend and her 12 yo daughter arrived to hear the "adult activities" going on in there. It was extremely unpleasant to say the least! As for the rest of the room- one remote didn't work, and there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. Before we left for the concert, we requested the bedding and the remote was replaced. However, when we went to make the sofa bed, we only had one sheet and a blanket. I had to go downstairs to get the top sheet and pillows. We got back to the room around midnight and prepared for bed. My friend and I pulled back the covers on the king bed and discovered that the duvet cover (top and bottom, inside and out) was full of hairs of all different lengths. It is clear that the covers are not regularly laundered, which is gross. Part of health and safety protocols is to wash linens at high temperatures. If we had been there for more than one night, we would have moved to a different room or hotel. It was just a place to lay our heads after a long night. I'm not sure if I would return to this hotel. I understand that times are tough, especially when it comes to staffing, but there is no excuse for hairy bedding. And I'm not sure what they can do about the thin walls... but I certainly did not appreciate the screaming "adult gymnastics" happening next door.…
This hotel was renovated and the rooms are ok but not what is shown in the pictures. Have you ever been to a older hotel and half of the renovations were done and some things in the rooms were not? That’s what was done at their Hilton hotel. If they would have done the complete renovations in the rooms this would have been a 5 star hotel, but it isn’t due to the old run down items in the rooms.
This is not a reflection on the hotel, but more of warning- the Hilton Garden Inn chain does not offer free breakfast. They do have a restaurant in the lobby area that serves breakfast, but you do have to pay for it. We were unaware of this at the time of booking, so it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise. The rooms were definitely outdated. I don't know what size beds the hotel advertises, but they are without a doubt double beds. While our family of four can usually fit comfortably in a room with two beds, this one felt exceptionally small. The fridge was very loud. It was also really hard for us to control the air conditioning- it was set very cold for our entire stay. The service was good, although we didn't need/use it much. It is located right next to the highway and a Hampton Inn, and it is also very close to the airport.…
The staff at this hotel is awesome. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is friendly (what more can you ask for) especially these days, kudos to whomever manages this hotel, keep up the great work
