All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. before we arrived we enquired a transfer from Miami airport and Laurie suggested 'Miraz' which an excellent option and cheaper than other limo services I had been considering. On arrival we checked in and then had a pleasant meal in the hotel restaurant.

We were in WPB visiting family and the hotel served this purpose well, especially with the free shuttle service that we made use of. To be honest, had this been a holiday trip we'd most likely have chosen somewhere different with a more attractive location. We missed not having a balcony and had expected there to be a safe in the room. Still, we were happy overall with our stay and would visit again on a similar trip.

Special mention the breakfast team who were great and served up hot dishes cooked to order with a smile.

We arrived before noon and our room was ready for us. It was nice to freshen up before heading to the Fitteam Ballpark to watch the Nationals play at 1pm - which is very close by. The front desk was attentive and greeted us everytime we came in (different front desk attendants). The rooms were clean and we had no issues at all! Parking was easy and free. Our friends did try to sit by the pool, but there wasn't a place to put a chair to sit in the sun and it was still 65 degrees out. Coffee and tea provided in the morning at no cost.

My experience here was above and beyond my expectations. Front Desk worker Laurie made this experience possible. From making me feel comfortable, to seeing her constantly cleaning during the pandemic. This employee belongs in management, she knew how to answer my every question. Friendly, well spoken, and just giving my family and I the best experience I've ever had at any hotel. I am already booking again because the customer service here is well above 5 stars. Laurie made sure I had a playpen for my children, she encouraged me to use the on site amenities, and she was knowledgeable of all surrounding restaurants, even went above and beyond with suggestions that made our stay more of a vacation than a business trip. I truly forgot i was there for business. This employee stood out amongst all employees and deserves proper recognition for her commitment to her position. Thank you so much Laurie for treating us like a family, may god bless you for all you have done for me and other guests here. Yes I notice her interaction with other guests, let me tell you, everyone gets her undivided attention. Thank you Hilton Hotels for having this amazing individual representing your company properly and professionally. 5 gold stars of excellence to you Laurie. Thanks again. See you in October.

My wife and I booked the Hampton inn and after booking we received a call saying the Hampton wasn’t open and they were transferring us to the Hilton Garden Inn. We purposely booked the Hampton to get the free breakfast bags they were handing out and also the free coffee in the morning. The Hilton has bags with a nasty breakfast sandwich and they didn’t have any coffee downstairs or in the room. A real lack of service. When we complained they didn’t seem to care. Stay somewhere else.

I'm sorry to see that you did not enjoy your time. Our breakfast bags provided have in them a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, muffin, apple, orange juice and water with the breakfast sandwich being a hot item that is additional to what is offered in Hampton Inn breakfast bags and these bags are offered at a low cost. We unfortunately have not able to offer lobby coffee service currently as we are working to ensure that all of our guests safety and sanitation concerns are addressed and since coffee stations are self serving we wanted to ensure that any concerns with cross contamination were addressed and I am a bit confused at your statement that there is no coffee in the room as we do provide coffee in all guest rooms that are keurig coffee pods and I did speak to your wife about the coffee in the room but she stated she preferred lobby coffee instead. Again, I am also sorry that you were unhappy. I did apologize to your wife and attempt to explain. I'm sure you understand that as hotels navigate post covid life, there may be some growing pains as we reevaluate and implement new policies and procedures that keep the safety and peace of mind of our guests at the heart of what we do. I hope that besides the complimentary bags and lobby coffee you were hoping to receive you found the service and cleanliness of the hotel to exceed your expectations and thank you again for your feedback as we continue to look at how we can best serve our guests in these ever changing times.

Called to be sure they did fresh cooked full breakfast due to Covid and was assured they did. I booked a king bed with a sofa bed for our grand daughter and paid extra for the breakfast to be included. When we arrived we were told there was no cooked breakfast on weekends, but would be given one breakfast sandwich per person to warm up as it was not all you could eat. This is NOT what I paid for!!! I was very disappointed!! I would have stayed elsewhere had I known or at least not paid for breakfast to be included. I was told even corporate would not refund my money. Exhausted after a long day at the beach I fell into bed only to discover the bed was a queen, not a king! There is no mistaking a king for a queen! One you can stretch your arms out and not smack the other person in the face and the other you can't. When I mentioned it the next morning I was rudely told it was a king bed and sarcastically told to "have a nice day". We had to go out for breakfast and pay for breakfast a 2nd time! I am hoping to get a call from corporate on this. We almost always stay at Hilton's and this type of treatment is really out of the ordinary. The morning person was unbelievably rude. I didn't discuss the bed situation with her as it was of no use. Somebody needs to check out the bed situation as apparently they don't know the difference between king and queen bed. They also need to provide accurate information the their breakfast, it sounds like others had complained as well. In spite of the bed being comfortable, the room spacious and clean, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. We value all guest feedback as it helps us to know what we're doing well and, most importantly, how we can improve. I apologize about the frustrations that you had during your stay with us and we certainly would not want anyone to have those experiences. I know it could be very frustrating to not have the hot breakfast during your stay and we are working on getting that back 7 days a week for all of our guests. With the unexpected challenges covid brought to our hotel in regards to staffing it has been a challenge but we are confident it will be back up and running each day starting this month actually. I did have someone check your room to check the mattress size and I am sorry that it felt like it was a queen bed but it is actually a king size bed in that room. We do have regular inspections by Hilton and would not be able to advertise a room as having a bed size that it does not have so I was surprised to see that and wanted to check it as soon as possible and I am sorry that this was another source of dissatisaction for your visit with us. This really is not a typical stay at our hotel and we do hope to have you come back and stay with us again on future stays for another chance to wow you.

I was down in West Palm Beach visiting some friends and we were having a blast. My flight was leaving early on a Sunday morning and I didn’t want to trouble my hosts with driving me to the airport. Fast forward I did a quick search on Trip Advisor and found a great deal on the Hilton Garden Inn right next to the airport (and free shuttle service as well). My room was cozy and comfortable. Very quiet. Laurie, at the front reception area could not have been nicer. She welcomed me like I was family. There is room service, a pool, fitness center and is walkable to all kinds of stores as well as public transportation. I would definitely recommend!

A hotel rest between flights sent me to this Hilton. I quickly checked the excellent reviews which put my mind at ease. In person it proved to be true!! This hotel is exceptionally clean with a staff who stays on top of it too. Professional staff and care to keeping everyone safe in a very clean environment. From the time I entered the lobby, visited the front desk and checked into my room. I slept with great peace of mind. I was happy to enjoy the made to order breakfast and I also noticed they were open for dinner and bar later on. Beyond the front desk and restaurant staff being caring and friendly it was the housekeeping staff with their care to focused methods of thorough cleaning that got me to write this review. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for giving me such a clean environment in such a caring and friendly hotel!!!

After over a decade of HIlton Diamond status, we are no strangers to HGI. This hotel ranks amongst the top of those, love the wood floors in the room and the year round swimming option with the outdoor pool temperature.

Most specifically, we had excellent customer service from Toni at the front desk, very attentive to our requests for information. And Avril from the restaurant/bar made an excellent Moscow Mule and made every effort to help us with our steak order. The food was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that a hotel restaurant steak was that good. I’m a critic when it comes to my steaks. So it was awesome to get a good steak when we were tired and wanted to stay in...

Saw Avril again at breakfast, it’s wonderful when you get excellent customer service and great food!!

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at HGI, especially Laurie. She made sure to find me a quiet room after a very taxing day. The food in the restaurant and service was very good. The location is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service is helpful since it runs every 30 min - starting very early in the morning.

The shuttle is available at 4 A.M. and then on the half hour and hour throughout the day until 1 A.M. 7 days a week. To go to airport you would need to let the Front Desk know in advance. Getting picked up from airport it is on demand during those hours so be sure to call the Front Desk for a pick up once you have exited baggage.

During the week they started at 6am. Sat and Sun was 7am. I am not sure how late but would guess 10am during the week and 11am on Sunday.

We booked everything seperate. There was not charge to park our rental car. The hotel is fine if you just need a room to sleep. You have to drive to everything, it is in an industrial area.
