I stayed here with my girlfriend. We were a little hesitant when we arrived. It's kind of a combination B&B, and apt rental spot. The entrance is on N Dixie Hwy, pretty busy. But once inside we realized we had discovered a gem. Felt like we were in Soho, or San Francisco. Original art work on all the walls. Very deco feel throughout and the rooms were very nice and clean. Simple continental breakfast and coffee. The managers (we met two) were both very nice and helpful I asked for an iron to freshen a shirt and she offered to do it for me. Sweet. The shared bathroom was not to our preference, but we did have a shower in our room. Convenient to Palm Beach and downtown West Palm restaurants too. Off street parking. I was not going to review this place because I didn't want people to know about it. If you like something unique, unusual, but clean, affordable and fun, check it out.

I had an awesome stay here while attending a 5 day business conference at the convention center (1.4 miles away). My room was awesome (Could You Room) with huge Double Shower off an indoor terrace. The whole place is beautifully decorated. The staff is very attentive, warm, friendly and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. They even went out and bought a late night meal for some of us who were at the conference which ran to midnight the first day. I enjoyed conversing with other guests in the public spaces, and enjoyed getting to know the staff including Tatiana who made sure everyone got home each night. There is a killer then where you can even cook your own meals and fridge the nature beer. Breakfast is continental in style and soon they will make fresh pancakes and eggs! Overall a fantastic place to wind down after a long day. Very home like, Unique and not like your typical boring hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms are all clean and freshly updated! There are even huge room showers to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

Highly Recommended

A most comfortable and 'unique' lodging just outside of City Place and Clematis St - the fun places in the area ! The Staff went out of their way to make sure that my stay was memorable and that I could count on them for whatever assistance was needed....just great and this is from someone who has travelled the world with many travelling experiences !!

We arrived in WPB quite late and were great full we had pre booked a place to stay. When we arrived at the destination however there was nothing there. No sign, doorbell was just wires out of the wall. At the back of the building there was s parking lot with an old sign that said the Upper Level but no cars. The hotel was booked and paid for online. We had even emailed them to say we were arriving late but no one replied.
This is a fake hotel listing created to sham money out of you! Steer clear!

We wanted a place to stay in WPB after seeing a concert at the Kravis Center instead of driving back home to Boynton Beach. Amenities weren't important, but charm and comfort were. We got just what we were looking for! As all of the other reviewers have reported, we were warmly welcomed, given a tour of the property and a heads up on security. As explained to us before booking, the rooms left to let had no in-suite bathrooms. "Think of it as staying at your rich uncle's house!" Even though I was still skeptical when touring the facility, it wasn't a problem. We loved the outdoor shower stall between our room and another guest; unfortuantely, the shower only ran cold water. We used it as a place to have our gratis continental breakfast the next morning looking out over the rooftops of WPB. Finally, the check-in and out times were very generous, and we appreciated the time to linger. Would definitely return.

A very clean very nicely decorated boutique hotel. Actually more like a bed and breakfast for younger, middle age hip people. Usually most bed and breakfast I've stayed at in the past have older people there and by 11 pm, everyone is sleeping.. The owner, the staff, made you feel right at home. The location is very close to all the action and very easy access to transportation if you don't want to walk. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay except we enjoyed it way too much and can't wait to go back. I parked my Maserati right outside with cameras from their office on it all night for us and felt very safe inside their piece of paradise with security doors. Highly recommended!!

The Upper Level is truly a more personalized experience, we had a great stay.
All the things we loved:
• Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds
• The perfect combination of open mindedness and privacy.
• Friendly owners who are there to help with anything, very nice and welcoming
• Great location: Although the direct surroundings are not great, it is only a few minutes by car, taxi or convenient luxury golf cart to downtown West Palm Beach. (including Clematis Street and CityPlace)
• It's a great location for an intimate party with a few very close friends, you can rent a section of the place.

It is not easy to find without proper directions, make sure you read up on directions, locations and parking.
We had a great stay after our fun filled night at Moonfest. Breakfast places are close by and delivery is also possible. But a good coffee you can get onsite.
For reservations, I'd just call them. The owners are prompt and professional. Have a look at the pictures on their website, it's a great place for many kind of events.
We'll be back.Thanks Liz.

First of all a compliment to the interior decorator this place beautiful.
The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to.
The price I payed is well worth it even if you don't have your own bathroom.
Definitely the highlight for me is the "OUTDOOR SHOWER" went running and really enjoyed it afterwards.
The room towards road is a little noisy though.

We found this on line and absolutely loved it! Very chic and comfortable with a kitchen to place your personal food. While bathrooms are not in all rooms, they are just around the corner and are super clean. There's a veranda to enjoy your onsite coffee and whatever breakfast you bring for yourself. A terrific location and wonderful staff!

As we drove up the street to find this hotel we were sure we had made a wrong turn. The neighbourhood looked a bit shady and we could not see the hotel. We parked our car and got out to have a look, and placed between a hair salon and a theatre workshop place there was a door bell you could ring to talk the reception - we had found the place. Got taken upstairs and it was like coming into a new world (compared to the one outside). Beautiful and chic common room with great colours and arts, and lots of doors that led to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The staff was excellent and our room was so nice with a very comfy bed. Shared bathrooms, but we did not mind this. The location is not great if you don't have a car, a bit of a walk into town. We didn't want to take the car to the beach, but the manager was nice and got us a free ride into town with a small, open car that drive people around for tips. It was the first time she called this service, but if they could get it to work I recommend using it (if the weather is nice). Wifi was free and fast. They had a small, continental breakfast that maybe could have been a bit better to match the genre of the hotel, but overall good. Would recommend staying here if you don't mind the location and sharing bathrooms with strangers. Excellent service and beautiful rooms/facilities.

Hi John, Yes…The Upper Level is situated on the 2nd floor of this 2 story, historic building. No elevators, but there is 1 flight of stairs to go up. Its not that bad, and we would gladly help you up and down at anytime.

There are steps yes. The "main" steps are normal, but the back door steps are compact and not well lit. The back steps are the ones we ended up using the most because that's the door where they give you the alarm code. So you'll have to navigate steps in and out of the hotel. I don't remember there being an elevator. However, they were quick to help carry my luggage and despite my protests I didn't carry a single bag up or down steps.
