Cleanliness around the property, Better landscaping, Proper furniture in the Lobby, Trained staff and uniformed staff would look, much more Proffessional. In short proper management could improve the condition of this property.
Checked into a room, it was filthy, so they brought us to another filthy room. Told us we would have to wait 1 hour to clean another room. It was 9:30 at night. A lobby full of guests waiting for rooms to be cleaned. We left and got another hotel elsewhere amd now they don’t want to refund us.
My daughter traveled to Florida. I advised your hotel chain. You kicked her out and left her on the streets alone. Concerned and scared of your policies. disappointed on management, and overall care for customers. no options, no care!
Property was uninviting as was the room. The outside was being pressure washed during my stay but still could use some deep cleaning. Room was adequate but the small couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and watch TV. Room was clean but likewise could use a good deep cleaning. Price was reasonable but breakfast was unavailable I suppose due to COVID.
Blood stain in the mattress bed bug on the bed. Then no one called I had to call them on Monday to have the acting GM tell me that Ecolab said it tested clean. When I asked to show me the last time this room was done they did not know. I work with Marriott and Wyndham in the corporate level and at all times my front desk has access to the rooms that Ecolab did this helps the guest feel better. As well stains on towels. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 21 years and by far this was the worst I hope the GM sees this email and have his manager contact me. Thank you
