This hotel was beyond perfect for my family of four with two young boys. The hotel is very clean rooms are extremely spacious and the pool is open late. The complimentary breakfast was better than I have seen at other hotels since covid. I have zero complaints and would definitely stay again and recommend again.

The hotel itself seems very new and nicely done in addition to being right at the airport. What separated my experience was everyone's desire to make my stay as good as possible. The evening front desk person helped me find a good restaurant. Then the morning person, Julianne, made sure that my trip was just perfect and that I was taken to the airport on time. All the staff seemed to really care which made my stay wonderful.

Dirty rooms and stairwell. Changed room and this new room was dirty. Stairwell had a bag of garbage left until 10 am next day a large pill of dirt in middle of step.l access digital key didn’t work. Changed check out to 10 am from 11am posted.

The kindness my family received during our stay with Home 2 made us feel better than home! The entire team ensured we were comfortable during our first trip during this time. We loved the warmth and care radiating from Andre, Jennifer, Julienne, Kelsey, Danielle, and more. All of the staff and crew made our stay unforgettable. The grounds are beautiful and you really don’t hear the noise even though it is near the airport. The location is so convenient. We continue to search for Home 2 locations for upcoming travel, but we will never meet better people than we encountered at the West Palm location. Treat your team well, Hilton! They deserve it and more!

Showed up to the hotel checked and they gave me a dirty room how do the front desk and get a new room. Loud noises that never got taken care of so I construction was going on during the night. The hours of the pool or not the hours that are actually available for you to get in the pool they close the pool early.
