We had a room with 2 King beds that was very clean and well stocked. Daily cleaning service is upon request to adhere to COVID safety guidelines. We opted out and simply called housekeeping for new towels on our third day. Patrice at the Reception Desk was always friendly, informative and a customer service gem!
I was going through a very rough time and I decided to take a brake and treat myself to a staycation just to get away ..the Helton was just in the right location for me and I took a chance by staying there and it turned out to be a wonderful place.. thank you Britney for your warm hospitality..
The hotel is located in a busy area and the parking is a little difficult, but anyone should be able to navigate. James at the front desk was awesome and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area...
Very clean and nice hotel and a good location right across the street from Palm Beach outlets, and 15 minutes from downtown West Palm. We had a really nice view from our window in our room. As far as Hilton Garden Inns go, this one is pretty bare bones. Don’t get me wrong, they are awesome and have what you need but usually HGI’s are really above and beyond, but this one just wasn’t. The room was nice and has a mini fridge and microwave. They have a good breakfast that’s made to order and you can eat it there or take it to go. I would *not* recommend the grits. The cook and the dining area workers are super nice, but the lady at the front desk is not super friendly, thought she will help you get what you ask for. Nice pool area too. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn 95 Outlets as part of a "Stay to Play" hockey tournament this weekend so we had little choice in hotels. The hotel overall was nice however, our room had no a/c the entire weekend. Our room couldn't be changed bc the hotel was "full" so their solution (bc the a/c programmer couldn't be contacted?!) was to give us a fan. The mini fridge didn't get cold and my digital key never worked. The ceiling outside our room door was DISGUSTING and thanks to no a/c, my mold allergies left me with a massive headache for 3 days. Hilton's solution is to "gift" me points. Great. I don't want useless points.
