If you're looking for a cheap place to stay near the West Palm Beach airport, and you don't mind living in filth and deprivation, this is your spot. But be advised that you'll be staying in rooms that smell like vomit, mold, and toxic carpet cleaner. At check in, the first room I was assigned had a broken lock, so after two trips back to the lobby, carrying my bags, when the staff finally realized that the problem was the lock and not my keys, I was assigned a new room. The new place had a smell of carpet cleaner (and mold) so strong and biting that it made me nauseous, and I'm not sensitive to smells. At 3 AM, when I finally realized that I wouldn't be able to sleep because of the chemicals in the air, the staff gave me yet another room, on a different floor. The whole corridor this room was on smelled like vomit, and in the room the vomit smell was even worse. But at least I didn't have to deal with the toxic chemical odor, and somehow I found it easier to put up with the vomit, so I did manage to sleep. I woke up that morning to find that the TV wasn't working. The staff said the TV was down in the whole building (it ended up being down for at least 24 hours). I went to the computer room to check my email but the internet was down. I tried to get a bottle of water from a vending machine on the first floor, and while the machine charged my card, it didn't deliver the water (3 dollars for a small bottle). Oh, and I forgot to mention: There was a huge and ugly carpet stain in my room; it looked like somebody had regurgitated a couple of 12-packs right next to the bed. The only thing I can say in the hotel's defense is that it did give me a 25 percent discount on the bill. So again, if saving money is your priority, this is a place to consider. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Reservations prepaid months in advance for deluxe family room with pool vote. During phone call to check on covid related shutdowns or closing of amenities.

Upon arrival my group called for airport shuttle only to be told they stopped the service long ago and decided to not update the website....but told me different on the phone.

Upon arrival there was a short line and the place seemed clean, staff friendly.

Checking in was told no cleaning service, ( I wasn’t expecting any)
I requested towel service each day.
Each day- no clean towels, only once provided towels. So for each week you get 1 towel and it appears you must reuse or wash yourself. Good luck with the broken tub faucet handle. Tip- just wiggle it, push in and out and you can eventually get hot water.

Walgreens right down the block. Breakfast was an assortment of carbs. A fridge for milk, juice, cheese, fruit cocktail.

The room was not clean. I took a photo to show what was on the floor.

The pool was nice although not used. Just sitting on the outdoor furniture was an experience. No one smoking but that nasty smell was everywhere.

So overall, I can not recommend.

I booked a room for 6 nights initially starting April 24th and I checked in using my debit card. The payment was approved. During my first 2 days, I had to change rooms twice due to maintenance issues. On the 30th of April I had to check out and needed to check in again but because I wasn't able to pre book on booking.com, my mom paid the nightly rate of $159. I then booked a room on booking.com for may 1st through the 5th. When I went to check in on the 1st, one of the guest agents refused to check me in with my debit card, even though she had previously checked me in on the 24th of April using the same card. She was very rude and so I asked her name, which she refused to give me. She told me I didn't need to know her name. She then continued to be aggressively rude. And then ignored my questions. She even told me that I would have to find another hotel, and then called her manager and said that she was calling her to warn her about me wanting to speak with the manager. Her behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. She then turned around and was extremely rude to another person who was inquiring about the rates. There are, however, some very professional guest service agents that work the 3pm to 11pm shift.

Paid in advance with no cancellation. The place is a dump. The health department should shut them down. If there is a manager, he/she should be fired. Just about every vending and ice machine was out of service. The restaurant and bar was not open, thank God, maybe the health department closed them. The continental breakfast is a joke, cold stale limited choice pastries, probably out of date also. The room was dirty and worn out. I would not walk on carpet without having shoes on, was afraid to touch anything in the room. I talked to the maintenance man, he bragged about how he signs in and sits around drinking coffee, talking on his cell phone and how he doesn't do anything. The door that opens to the parking lot had blood on it the two days we were there. Apparently the house keeping employees don't care either. Ramada corporate should shut this place down and fire the district manager. It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I will never stay at another Ramada again.

We spent one night at this property and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The property says there is an airport shuttle but it turns our it is an unmarked vehicle . We waited forty minutes to be picked up at the airport. We made a reservation to got to the airport in the morning and the vehicle was twenty minutes late.We had asked for a quiet room location and it took three tries to get one that was not directly across from ice/vending machines. The room we got was a the end of the building facing I-95 but we were to tired to protest and change rooms again. The carpet was filthy with many different kinds of stains. The baseboard was detached from the wall on one side. The included breakfast was less than minimal. We also so some very loud and unruly guests wandering through the first floor hall.
It is surprising this place is still in business.

Jeremiah was able to help me with any type of request I had during my stay. He was also very helpful and pleasant on the phone as my flight was delayed and my daughter was arriving separately and needed to be let into the room before I arrived.
He made many suggestions for places for us to eat and visit and if I were going to stay there again I would not think twice about staying there.

Checked in on 12 Feb for one night. We were asked if we want a room with a view and that there were different views. I said the view didn't matter and we would just prefer the nicest room. Our room was horrible. Mold in shower, dirty floors, bathroom door noisy and difficult to open and dirty walls. One chair and the small table were missing. The only chair in there was falling apart. All the carpets need replacing. Huge stains everywhere. We have stayed at about a dozen hotels in the past two months and this hotels needs to be tore down or major renos.

Everything that a hotel is not supposed to be associated with happens in this Ramada branch: the very breakfast advertised in its brochure is not available; no meals available, and not just because the restaurant is closed (may be even the restaurant gave up on the hotel); not even tea bags available in the rooms. I had to ask for tea 3 times, but got those bags only once.

First day there, no housekeeping at all, no fixing bed up at all. Problems conveyed to the reception fell upon deaf ears: staff working there just for a paycheck, no heart, mind, or soul into hospitality.

No towels available for using pool. Money lost on 1st floor vending machine: not even reimbursed by reception.

This was true hell, at my expense.

NEVER this filthy dump again.!!

This area of FL is higher priced than in many other hotels in Southern FL. We knew when we selected this hotel that we would be getting a lower quality hotel than we are accustomed to for a Ramada. We were however not anticipating it to be extremely poorly managed, run down, and dirty. Our first room reeked of cigarettes. Next room had A/C that grumbled through the night, sink barely drained, shower curtain ripped, no cups in room. One would think that a mud colored carpet would cover stains better.... This is the closest destination to where our family resides which is why we chose it. Since we will soon return to this area, we will definitely pay more and drive further to our family.

I took video of cockroaches in room. I asked FD to have manager call me. He never called and never addressed pest control issue. The evening desk manager first offered full refund I checked out right then. When I returned with my bags, she changed her word and said she would refund any nights I had not used (this was during day 3 of a nine day reservation) but would not offer any credit for three nights in a room infested with cockroaches. At this point I had to find another hotel so I paid two hotels for the same night stay.

If you on a budget, this place will work. If the extra $$ doesn't matter to you, then stay at a higher rated hotel. I booked thru Hot Wire and was given this hotel only after purchase. It wasn't my first choice, but it worked for me @ 100 a night for three nights, everything else I looked at were out of my price range. Hope this helps.
