I went to Saddlebrook to partake in an adult tennis camp with a friend. The camp itself was fantastic. We had the coach named Anthony and he was terrific. He had a lot of great strategy advice for both singles and doubles, and provided some really great technical tips that

Hello Brad S. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed the tennis program. I will tell Anthony how much you enjoyed training with him. As for the rooms, you may have noticed we are under renovations now and working as hard as we can to finish. As for the actives, may I suggest a golf lesson for next time? It's always nice to pick up a new skill and our pros are fantastic!

Good thing I didnt write this on day 1 or 2. After 2 room changes we ended up in a 1BR suite which was fantastic. They should just bulldoze the "hotel rooms". Or, call them "dorm rooms" to set expectations. It costs a lot more, but go with a suite no matter what. The

Hello mpacc05. We are glad you enjoyed the tennis program. Will is a very experienced coach who is great will both adults and juniors. Thank you for your nice comments about the property. We do our best to keep it clean and pretty! As for the rooms, you may have notice they are currently under renovations. Hopefully, they will be finished by your next visit! We do have water fountains on every court so, I'm confused why you said there is not cold water. Also, we do have a transportation department that can organized trips, especially to or from the airport. But we've found that guests choose to use Uber to many of the local destination given its convenience.

Hello Getxo8. It seems that you had mixed feeling for your trip. Allow me to address some of your concerns. Access fees are standard in our industry. It is one of the main differences between a resort and hotel. Where a hotel is often a building, a resort has many more amenities for which the access fee grants use. We are sorry you did not realize this, but I assure you they are listed. We think its a fair price for a property with as much to offer as ours!

I visited in late December ‘18 to meet a friend for a few days of golf. As noted by other reviewers, the condos are overdue for cosmetic updating. Mine had staining on the ceiling from a roof leak, some of which had dripped noticeably onto the bathroom floor and dried there

Visited the resort for 4 nights with a group of 6 friends for 4 days of the tennis program. Classes consisted of two sessions split between 8am - 11am and 1pm - 3pm. Group size was 4 or less per court so 4 of us who where around the same level were grouped together and the

Hello. Yes, you can definitely do some days full and some days half. The program is quite intensive so if you need a break the second day we could assist you. Although their are staffing considerations, so we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

Hi, The suites do feature utensils, pots and pans - some have ovens, but most have cook tops. The suites do not have grills and they are not allowed to be brought in. Thanks and best regards,
