Terrible experience at this location. Room was not clean. Beer from previous guest spilled in the dresser and not wiped up. What looked like candy hardened in the nightstand. Room smelled of an animal. We have a service (medical) dog that examined the carpet from the dirty pet odors. Plug between bed didn’t work. Worst of all the bathroom floor was filthy. See the white washcloth that was used to wipe the floor. Shockingly being that we are in a pandemic you would expect the rooms to be sanitized and cleansed properly. There is no service for less than 78 stays in your room and when people check out I do not believe that the housekeeping staff do anything but change the sheets… If even that. The room was above the lobby hallway #220 and you could hear the loud music from the speakers below. Asked them to turn it down and front desk said if they would but then said they didn’t know how. Rooms are noisy and have vents above the door that lead to other rooms above and below which carry voices, music and tv noise all night long. Hotel didn’t have common amenities such as a toothbrush. Last week at a previous stay they didn’t have lids for the coffee cups. This has turned into a terrible hotel that doesn’t seem to care about their guest and as a lifetime platinum member I felt that was used against me instead of being a loyal elite member for over 10 years. I was told last year that elite members I put on the six floor and my reservation was already in placed but I was instead put on the second floor above the lobby. Don’t understand why I would not be placed on the floor they told me the week earlier but that was their decision to put me on a lower floor with all these issues. Very disappointed. For $389 a night you’d think you were at a roadside motel. I used points this week and paid cash for last weeks stay. Not worth it. If we hadn’t already committed to our outside function we would have left. Staff treat you like you’re more of a hinderance rather than a loyal guest. …
This is a clean, modern, sleek hotel with nice amenities. It even can allow you to access your netflix account. Desk staff were nice. Equestrian theme was terrific. Most guests were in riding attire. It is more pricey than its nearby competitor. Weekday pricing is closer to reasonable. The big problem is that they are so rigid about COVID that service suffered. I wholeheartedly endorse the basic policies. We were there 6 days and didn’t get our room cleaned at all. For a few days it was fine - safer for all. However after 4 days we were told by the front desk that they’d vac and freshen the bed. We received a pile of “fresh” sheets piled on the RUG outside our door - yeech!!! We also didn’t like to make arrangements for trash removal every day (they handed us a trash bag to place in the hall). Lastly, the breakfast bags were monotonous and didn’t cover the range one would expect for a hotel of that caliber and price. …
I am very happy with my stay here. The hotel is close to restaurants and a personal favorite Whole Foods. Smiling, attentive staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, not noisy at all. Thank you for my great stay.
This location looks to be brand new. We were in a dbl queen suite with a sitting area. Beds were super comfy, room was exceptionally clean! Microwave and mini fridge were convenient but could have been located in a better place in the suite. Super convenient location for us- shopping and local attractions very close! All staff interaction was professional, friendly and first class service. Continental breakfast was adequate- eating area was staffed and kept clean. Lobby had a roll out bar for happy hour cocktails each evening. The pool, patio and gym were top notch for a hotel like this. The hotel gym was one of the best I’ve visited. Pics attached show how well accessorized it was. Highly recommend. Also recommend Ollies a restaurant that is literally right out the door and across maybe 40yds! That is an amazing restaurant!…
Ecxellent customer service made me feel welcome. Great employees always willing to help, very friendly and smilin. Tiffany, Taklima , chiquita and Ms Ana from the dining area.I recomend this hotel, excellent location and a beautiful property!
