My husband and I stayed in room 124B for 3 nights and had a lovely visit at the Driftwood. The location couldn't be closer to the beach! The rooms were quirky and different. Certainly not the Ritz, but fun and relaxing to the max. Our room had a king bed and a pull-out queen sofa. The bathroom was large with...

Had a client stay here to work on a project. Loved the rustic vibe and the suite was perfect. We worked from the beach, the restaurant, and the pool. The food was solid and the staff was excellent. I will be bringing more people here, more often.

I spent two nights there, but will stay longer the next time. Right on the beach, no dealing with an elevator and walk through the lobby, no street to cross or wild shrubs to walk through before you get to the sand. Suites well set up with everything you need in the kitchen, etc. Kitschy and delightfully different. Not a...

We had lunch on a sunny, breezy afternoon. We sat on the patio so we could enjoy the sea air along with our meal. The food and service were very good The place is charming. It is aptly named because it looks like it was built entirely from pieces of driftwood. The next time we are in Vero Beach, we...

Many years ago we purchased (sight unseen) in the building process a suite in The Breakers-- second floor facing the park. The view over the park, looking to the ocean is a picture-- a painting--a happy scene. If old enough to go to the park alone, you can watch them from the balcony. We have been coming here since the...

We stayed in the newer "Breakers" rooms. Very well appointed. Nice beds and bathrooms. Full kitchen. 3 Patios opened out to the second pool, more private than main pool which is overlooked by Waldo's Restaurant. Waldo's restaurant offers great seafood and drinks. Walk to Ocean Grill for fancy dinner with old-school supper club feel. Excellent location. Walk across the street...

Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your room in the Breakers section of the property. Those were all renovated about 2 years ago. We're glad you were able to enjoy your day at the property and in the area while waiting for your room to be ready. We hope you return again soon! Jeanne Radlet, GM

Stayed three nights with my two sisters. We were in room 110 which is right next to the breezeway and the back sliders open up to the "boardwalk". 2 floors, narrow spiral staircase to second floor. Bathroom and shower on each floor. King bed on second floor (which has a balcony). I slept on the pull out sofa on first...

Nice relaxing atmosphere with old Florida charm. Clean rooms with a courteous staff. Shuffleboard was fun and pool area was nice. Waldo's for dinner and drinks was a great choice. The view from our room is spectacular. We will definitely return.

While wandering our way north from key west we happened upon Vero beach quite by accident. Decided to try to get a room for the night. Luckily driftwood had a couple of openings. So pleased with result. Stayed in a cottage room. Way more than expected. Staff was great, accommodations were excellent. Huge space with everything you would want. Very...

We had a great time at this resort. It was not modern and elite and we knew that when we rented the room. We were only there for one night. When we got there to check in they told us for just a little more $ we could get a room with a beach view that had come open. Of...
