The parking lot has one space per room, without favoritism. We do not allow multiple parking spots for repeat guests. As you may be able to see from photos, Treasure Island has a very wide beach, and our property is as close to the ocean...More

"Steps to the beach:" No road to cross; the sand is right there. It is still only a short walk to the water's edge. No it is not right outside your door, but it is conveniently close to the beach and the walkway is right there also.
There are cabanas down on the beach for rent by the hour or day. The Sea Chest has chairs tables and BBQ grill available. Prepare yourself for a walk to the edge of beach is about two tenths of a mile.
